This process was actually pretty easy. They gave me a preliminary estimate on my trade in which turned out to be very accurate. I negotiated via email. I got the price I wanted. I did not finance but the paperwork took awhile longer than expected seeing the have electronic signing. Their ac was not working so it was pretty uncomfortable. My only complaint is they did not give me rear floor mats which I haven’t addressed because I just discovered it. Otherwise pretty painless. I would buy there again

I highly recommend this team. They work seamlessly together to deliver the truck we wanted at a fair price. I spent less than 15 minutes in the dealership in total. Our salesman, Tamarcus Miles, proactively reached out to associated dealers and swiftly found the exact vehicle we were seeking, minimizing any delays. The aftermarket parts department promptly provided us with a quick and fair quote, and all our accessories are currently being installed. Ryan Walker in the Finance department efficiently processed our paperwork, negotiated a fair deal on our trade-in, and secured the extended warranty we were hoping for. Monique in commercial service took care of our existing vehicle, and I have no doubt that we will perform just as well with this new one.

Planet Ford 59 review
This has been the most pleasant car-buying experience I've ever had. While I already had a very clear idea of what I was looking for, Mr. Hector Coronado went above and beyond to accommodate my preferences and present options that aligned as closely as possible with what I had in mind. The entire experience was outstanding! From the purchase itself and the trade-in process to all the little details that truly make a difference. His professionalism, honesty, attention to detail, and the trust he inspired made the process smooth and enjoyable. What impressed me the most was that his excellent customer service didn't end the day I drove off the lot. He continued to follow up and make sure everything was going well in the days afterward. That level of care is what gives you real peace of mind and satisfaction when making such an important decision as purchasing a vehicle. I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience.
