Came in for a warranty recall s/w upgrade on the power train control module. Work completed quickly. Shop also did a DETAILED inspection of my F150 truck with a clear checklists. My interaction with Ray was excellent. Commo was clear & detailed on the points I asked about. Stellar overall experience. Clearly a 2nd mile effort that by FAR exceeded my expectations.

Someone at the dealership replied to me asking confirmation of a vehicle on their lot. Forwarded us to Mike Fraiser and after that everything just fell in place. Mike took very well care of us making sure we decided on the right vehicle for us and pressuring us into a certain direction of a vehicle to choose. Mike definitely had your best interest overall just a straight up great guy.

Kendall Ford of VancouverReviews
Kendall Ford of Vancouver review
I want to give a huge thank you to Jeremy "808" and his boss Kiyoshi at Kendall Ford Vancouver!! Ive had my new truck for a couple weeks now and couldn't be happier! This is my 100% honest review of my experience.. I viewed a 2018 Nissan Frontier that Kendall had advertised online. I sent inquiry, Jeremy responded via text almost immediately. We soon spoke over the phone, I explained my situation of negative equity in my current car and a low fixed income. I really pushed the fact that it has to be the right deal.. right payment, right vehicle or I wouldnt bite. Jeremy assured me that if I would make the trip in, he'd be able to make the deal I needed/wanted. To be honest, I was skeptical.. heard it before just to get the run around or a bad deal. To my very pleasant surprise, "808" did exactly what he promised! Before I arrived he and Kiyoshi had already discussed a few options for me. First option was a really good deal but more then what I needed.. I wanted mid-size crew cab truck. Again, first truck (chevy silverado 4x4 zr1) was beautiful and a great deal but more than I needed. I honestly figured this would be the moment it would all fall down and id leave with no new deal and frustrated.. just the opposite happened! They brought out my dream truck! A beautiful black Nissan Frontier SV! So this would be the point now to get me excited, stick me with a ridiculous price and high payments right?? Wrong again! They swallowed 6k of negative equity on my trade in and still sold me the Frontier for 1k under blue book! The truck also qualified for Kendalls free 6 month power train warranty so no worries that I was getting a great deal on a bad truck.. I absolutely love my truck, I have zero buyers remorse, kept the same payment as my trade in, cleaned up a ton of negative equity and now have a vehicle that will retain its resale value long after I get my use out of it. Thank you again Jeremy "808" and Kiyoshi for taking great care of me!

Had a repair done on my 2013 Focus. Tayor the service man at the desk was very helpful. No appointment. Car fixed in two hrs. Best service of any Ford dealer I have gone to.
2027 Ford Explorer review
I am truly enjoying my 2027 Explorer Platinum. It's a great vehicle. The features are fantastic. The ride is smooth and quiet. It is a very comfortable vehicle that I would highly recommend.

Skyline's Keizer FordReviews
Skyline's Keizer Ford review
I recently had have part replaced on the rear bumper of my pickup. JP in the service department helped me when I came in. He explained what they were going to do and how long it would take. He called and gave me an update while the work was being done and let me know when it was completed. He remembered me when I came back. Great service!
