Chrissy is absolutely wonderful to work with! She tries her hardest to make sure customers leave with the car of their dream. I have not-so-great credit and she went back and forth to make sure I got approved and had a monthly payment I was happy with. I strongly recommend talking to her if you’re in the market for a new or used car.

Jackson Ford review
It was a pleasure to deal with both Chad and Aaron. Although I didn't end up going through with the deal, the hangup was completely on my end. The team was extremely patient and accommodating with me, and tried their best finding a solution. The truck in question was in great condition and was honestly a gem, it just wasn't meant to be in this case. Although this dealership is far from me I will continue to keep an eye on their inventory, as it would be a pleasure to make a deal with them in the future.

Josh and the rest of the team were great! I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. They were honest and fair and never tried to upsell us. Josh was probably the best and most honest car salesman I’ve ever worked with in my life. And I’m 47. Haha. I highly recommend going to him the next time you are in the market for a new car. I promise you won’t regret it.

We didn't end up getting a van there or anywhere. We loved their helpfulness with trying to get us the best loan possible and low payments but in the end the lender not the dealer just couldn't give us the low payment that we needed to get a van. So we are still saving and hope that with more of a down payment we can have a newer van by this summer from them. Again so kind and helpful can't wait to work with them again.

Champaign Ford CityReviews
Champaign Ford City review
I usually have a bad experience buying cars, but I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at Ford City in Champaign. I worked with Chuck Collins and he was great. No high pressure sales, just a guy that loves cars and is willing to work with you.
