I went to a few different places that weren?t able to identify what the issue with my car was. This dealership however was able to diagnose the issue and give me a quote. Everyone I spoke with had excellent customer service as well! That?s the main thing I truly valued.

My hard top cover for my truck was leaking in the front and back the service person was not able to stop the leaks. So I guess it?s my problem now. Nice try though!

Everything falls on Courtney's shoulders. I live 2 hours away from Lansing. I sent a email interest in a Used truck Monday around 10PM. The next morning Courtney contacted me to tell me the truck I was interested in was available. Between phone calls and text messages my wife and I talked to her several times that Tuesday. By Tuesday night we bought the truck. Just by pictures and videos Courtney sent us. Our financing was pre approved but your fiance manager gave us a better deal he even stayed past 6pm to earn our business. The next day before noon the truck was in our driveway! Free delivery is AWESOME! The truck is everything Courtney said it was. We are very happy with it. Our feelings Courtney deserves a Salesperson of the month award and a big fat bounus.

Brighton Ford is a family-friendly, low-pressure, hassle-free, reliable place to get your next vehicle, and we highly recommend seeing Jerry Niskar when you go! Not only do we love working with him, but our extended family does too. Super down-to-earth, kind, knowledgeable gentleman who is really funny too. It's so nice to go there and take your time looking around without feeling any pressure. Jerry hears your needs and always finds a great deal. And options! We just bought our 16 year old her first car, and Jerry was great pointing us in the right direction of which cars were the safest and best for what she'd use it for. We left feeling great that we visited, and we plan to see him again for all of our vehicle needs.

My experience with Brighton Ford has been more than wonderful. Response to the phone call was fast. The phone conversation was friendly and courteous. And my appointment was quickly fixed. I received a text message to confirm the appointment and to provide me with the dealer address. Jeff Johnson met me with a warm welcome. He answered all of my questions. Even the other staff were nice. Despite the commitment to masks and social distancing, I felt a smile and kindness surrounding me when I dealt with Jeff Johnston and all Brighton Ford employees. I will definitely recommend all my friends and relatives to deal with Brighton Ford. Thank you, Brighton Ford. You deserve more than five stars.
