Kendall Ford Lincoln of Anchorage review
They always go above and beyond to make sure we are completely happy with our purchase. We bought a car in March from them and it turned out that both my husband and I hated the vehicle and they went out of their way to get us into something we both liked and well to be honest we love it! Thank you to the salesman David and the finance guy Anthony thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Kendall Ford Lincoln of Anchorage review
Jackson was my salesman and he went above and beyond for customer service. He also is a fast talker so my ADHD brain could keep up and he answered all my questions! Only side bar note to add.... the sales team members or people test driving should never have red pens in the new vehicles.... the red pen mark on my new ford mav 2026 was disappointing!

Kendall Ford Lincoln of Anchorage review
I worked with Shane to get my car. He was great! Way to work with, answered all my questions. The paperwork was quickly handled. My singular complaint was that it was a used car and they didn’t get it detailed, or offer to. It’s not a major issue, but it would have been nice since this was a new to me car. Other than that, I would totally recommend.

Kendall Ford of WasillaReviews
Kendall Ford of Wasilla review
I knew I wanted to upgrade my vehicle, I just wasn't sure which model I wanted. Jason encouraged me to test drive as many models as I wanted. After driving two Explorers and one Bronco, I had made up my mind. Jason is most knowledgeable of each model and demonstrated the capabilities and accessories on each vehicle. I can't say I'm satisfied with all the unnecessary gadgets, bells and whistles, I won't use many of them. But the salesmanship was without pressure and painless. I was never neglected from the moment I walked into the dealership. There was always someone asking me if I was being helped or needed anything. That alone was comforting

I had a great experience here with Aaron Johnston, he did a great job breaking down all the features on a vehicle and being a salesmen without forcing me into anything. He let the vehicles sale themselves and left room for me to decide on my own.

My experience with Brighton Ford has been more than wonderful. Response to the phone call was fast. The phone conversation was friendly and courteous. And my appointment was quickly fixed. I received a text message to confirm the appointment and to provide me with the dealer address. Jeff Johnson met me with a warm welcome. He answered all of my questions. Even the other staff were nice. Despite the commitment to masks and social distancing, I felt a smile and kindness surrounding me when I dealt with Jeff Johnston and all Brighton Ford employees. I will definitely recommend all my friends and relatives to deal with Brighton Ford. Thank you, Brighton Ford. You deserve more than five stars.

Brighton Ford is a family-friendly, low-pressure, hassle-free, reliable place to get your next vehicle, and we highly recommend seeing Jerry Niskar when you go! Not only do we love working with him, but our extended family does too. Super down-to-earth, kind, knowledgeable gentleman who is really funny too. It's so nice to go there and take your time looking around without feeling any pressure. Jerry hears your needs and always finds a great deal. And options! We just bought our 16 year old her first car, and Jerry was great pointing us in the right direction of which cars were the safest and best for what she'd use it for. We left feeling great that we visited, and we plan to see him again for all of our vehicle needs.
