I leased the 2013 Explorer Sport. It looked great. It had the 3.5L Ecoboost. Never had a problem with the engine. The rotors however would warp consistently. I had alot of overstear. I brought the vehicle back at lease end with under 28K miles. The front seats looked like they were 10 years old. Just worn down. at 6 months before lease end the drivers side door panel had a 2 inch crack in the seam exposing the foam underneath. The dealer pushed it off and didnt want to repair it. Its a good thing I leased it. Never again...
The last time I bought a car was back in 1997, so when I finally decided to give up that vehicle, I started online. I had no idea that, when I would look at the websites of car dealerships, someone would call me within 5 minutes. When I was looking at the Prescott Brothers of Rochelle website, the phone rang. I just waited for a message on voicemail because I was not sure I wanted to talk to anyone yet. After a few minutes of chatting with my boyfriend Glenn, I decided to give Rob Jasper a call back to talk about test driving a Ford Edge. Like I said, I only planned on test driving the car.
I ended up buying the car because I totally enjoyed it, and Rob made the whole process go smoothly. I even had some uneasy thoughts about what I was getting myself into and he was always patient and understanding. Everybody there treated me with great respect so I would highly recommend anyone to shop for a car at the Prescott Brothers dealerships.

We love our car so far. Great room for me, my wife and kids. Plenty of room to hold all of our sports stuff as well. Great handling and the gas mileage is real good for the size vehicle.
Dealership did not have the car we wanted on their lot, however they were able to locate a car exactly like we wanted on our first visit. we took delivery two days later. great experience, very helpful start to finish.

The Ford Explorer Platinum has a very beautiful exterior that has the look of a true SUV not a roller skate like some of the SUVS out there.
I just purchased a used 2017 Ford C Max....Brandon Urbance was the main man ,Don Drysdale another great salesperson, Nick Durdan and Mike Hagerty could not have been nicer....all VERY helpful. This is not the first car I purchased at Star Ford, in fact, all my cars were purchased there. The owner, Jerry Centoni, is the nicest person you could ever meet...I felt like he was "Santa" with the deal he gave me!!! As long as I live in Streator, I will ONLY purchase my cars there. Service there is fantastic....THANKS TO ALL THE EMPLOYEES THERE, COULD NOT HAVE BEEN NICER!!

This car was purchased in an emergency situation and I wish I had more time to shop around. From transmission problems to issues with it's suspension, it was an endless money put! I had the car for 2 years and just got rid of it last month. So glad to be rid of that car!

Great interior comfort- was looking for a vehicle that for a man ^'^" and a woman 5' The accomodations are perfect for both of us!.
Good power available when needed. Pretty paint - looks black, but is midnight green.
Has just enough ammenties- we're not fond of all the "bells and whistles" Couldn't be happier.
The sport trim which is what I have has a lot of get up and go. A lot of space it's easy to transport items as well as to switch between cargo space and 3rd row seats. Red noises a minimum handles well and curves thoroughly enjoy driving the vehicle
We bought a new Lexus car online. Our sales consultant, Mr. Matt Gandy, was able quickly find the right car for us and personally delivered it to our home (~150 miles from the dealership). He helped us to complete the paperwork, introduced us to the car features, and offered further help if needed. It was really a VIP treatment. This car is spacious, love the interior and exterior. It is perfect for our family of 5. It is what we were looking for in a car. It is 4x4 which is perfect during snow days.
When the manager takes the time to meet you and simply say thank you for stopping by - to me that is important. No pressure at all, just helping me understand the process and finding the best deal possible. My wife and I were considering the Escape to downsize from our minivan, we were presented with a great deal. However, in the end we decided to keep our current car. We will definitely return when the time comes.

The Explorer is great car with enough room for my family. The features in the car are awesome. Very comfortable ride. Would highly recommend the Ford Explorer.
We ended up purchasing two new 4Runners and even with an hour power outage (due to someone hitting a power box or something) they worked through everything, gave us everything we were looking for, and it was a quick and easy process.
It keeps having issues!!!!

I'm just going to list the issues. E-Brake cut wiring harness, garbage tires only lasted 17k miles, massaging seats malfunction, rear lift door works when it wants, the wind shield dressing left and right side cracked and they replaced it. Today the driver side window dressing flew off on the highway at 65 mph. Back fires when I punch it, transmission slips while going up hill. They did some recall repair while getting my oil changed and now my airbag light goes on and off. This was supposed to be a great SUV and it's completely garbage. This is the 2017 Limited 3.5 Twin Turbo model LEMON.
Schultz Ford of West Haverstraw New York- If you are looking for a Ford this is the place to go. This dealer brought me back to a place 30+ years ago, when your local car dealer actually knew your name and actually cared about repeat business. Yes, if you???re into the high pressure chaotic wall street trading floor zoo- then this is NOT the place for you. Do your homework online first and take a look at what they have in stock. Keep in mind they have another store in Nanuet NY and they can get you just about any Ford vehicle to your liking. When I arrived, I was greeted by Rose who did a great job making me feel right at home. They had the car I was interested in ready and waiting in the back. Clyde brought the car I was to test drive around and showed me the highlights of the car. After a nice test drive up scenic route 9w I returned to the showroom. Due to my situation with the VW "Dieselgate" class action lawsuit I was unable to negotiate a deal then and there. I met with Brian the sales manager who reviewed the financials of the vehicle that I was interested in. We stayed in touch over the next couple of weeks as to the status of the buyback of my vehicle from VW. The day they took my VW back I called over to Brian and we worked out the final deal over the phone (Luckily the car I test drove was still available). Again, as I said "no pressure" at all... I filled out the financial information online and was pre-approved within minutes. Clyde called my insurance company and added the car to my policy. All I needed to do was sign the papers. Due to a scheduling conflict, we needed to take the car that day. Because we arrived after service hours Brian the Sales Manager was actually washing my car in the service bay. I was amazed by the Roll your sleeves up attitude here! You would never get this from a Prima-Donna NJ dealer. I've never experienced service like this at any dealer before. We live an hour away in New Jersey (The home of high pressure sleazy car dealers!) We could have shopped the "Auto Malls" locally but we would never have had the level of customer service that we experienced at Schultz Ford of West Haverstraw. This dealer truly goes out of their way to earn your business. What a great buying experience! We will be back for our next Ford. I???m not sure when that???ll be, our Expedition has over 130k miles on it and is still running strong (Knock on wood!) Ford has come a long way in building quality products.

I use this vehicle for so many things! From work, carting materials around for training and workshops, to hauling my kids and their friends to and from activities, to hauling my daughter's wheelchair and/or walker when she needs it-- the Explorer does everything I need it to do in perfect comfort, smooth ride and style. This is the second Explorer I have driven and this time we went with the Platinum package. It is insanely luxurious from the seats with built-in massage to the ability to change the color of your ambient lighting-- Ford has thought of it all!

Very comfortable, good performance, nice amenities. Having had the previous version of Sync, the Sync 3 on this model is MILES ahead in user-friendliness and options. The vehicle is very quiet on the highway and excellent on road trips. Very happy with the purchase!

Very eye appealing. Good mileage. The XLT 202A package has almost the same equipment as a limited model. My vehicle has 50,ooo miles on it and it drives like new.
Went in with a pretty complicated situation - but Sean, the GM, is awesome and put together a great deal for me! I was nervous going in because I wasn???t sure if I???d be able to leave with a new car, but he quickly alleviated those worries! My salesman Joe was caring and kind, and also was very understanding about my situation. He took the time to reassure me and I could tell he???s one of those rare genuine people! This place won???t give you the run-around. They will take a look at all factors and work hard to get you the best deal possible!
