2022 Ford Explorer review
I purchased the 2022 Timberline preowned about 1 month ago with appx 50k miles on it. I was disappointed that it does not have memory seats or a garage door remote button. (I didn't even notice this when test driving it). Who makes a car today with all the tech this car has and leaves off these 2 things! The interior is comfortable & well laid out. The ride is smooth & quiet. 2.3L turbo 4 cylinder is quiet & has amazing power. At idle it’s hard to tell that the engine is even running. The prior owner put on Michelin tires which contribute to the smooth, quiet ride. The seats are ActiveX (Ford’s name for vinyl) with cloth inserts. I’m 5’ 10” and 175lbs. My son who rode with me is 6’ 3” and 250lbs. Both of us found the seats comfortable & supportive on our 1st road trip. I’ve driven a Kia Telluride, which is a direct competitor. The Kia has a little more tech but I found the ride to be on the harsh side, especially in the second row. This may be attributable to the low profile 21” tires. The Timberline has 18” balloon tires which I much prefer. 2 weeks after purchasing it I made a 2,200-mile road trip from Dallas TX to Orgon. Fuel mileage ranged from 21 to 28 with an overall average of 24 mpg. *if I don’t drive over 70 mph on the highway the fuel economy goes up to about 32! *these numbers are from the actual miles & gallons of fuel used, not from the dash numbers, which I found are a little optimistic. It has a few bugs that I’ll have to deal with, but it’s a used Ford & not a Lexus. Overall, I'd say I'm very happy with this car & would recommend it.

I placed an order for a 2021 F250 Tremor with all the options I was looking for. Unfortunately due to COVID it took forever to get the truck deliviered but no fault of the dealer. Once delivered they made the process of delivery and finance simple. No surprises!
2023 Ford Explorer review
Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

I saw the car I wanted on cars.com I emailed the dealer and they quickly responded. They held the car for me and I went in a bought it the following day. I was at the dealer for maybe 1 hour.. in and out.. best buying experience yet. My sales rep. Noted a few small requests I asked for and they were done before I took the car home.

CarMax is much smoother than any other car buying experience you will ever find. Their salesman Matthew Johnson is a great guy. He was very patient and helped me find the perfect car after I spent months researching. He really knew what he was doing and gave me a wonderful experience. I would recommend CarMax to anyone!
2020 Ford Explorer review
Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

Thanks to Denis! We just came to see the cars and check the price, and eventually left in a Ford F-150. Denis, you are an amazing manager who knows how not only to interest, but also to take into account all the preferences of the client. In addition, he also became our translator from English to Russian. Denis explained all the details, as a result, everything was clear and transparent to us in this transaction. Thank you, Denis, thanks to you, a working car has appeared in our family. And with the birth of the baby, it became very convenient and more comfortable to have 2 cars in the family. Denis, we wish you great sales, profitable deals and only super customers.

Have only had vehicle for 3 weeks but really like it. I’ve had F150’s for the past 12 years and thought I’d miss my truck, but I’m really enjoying this explorer. It’s more comfortable and fun to drive and the gas mileage is better.

2022 Ford Explorer review
I love this vehicle. My 2022 Ford Explorer XLT far exceeds my expectations. Handling is great. Performance is far better than expected. Gas mileage is 26mpg combined average for the 16,500 miles I have on the vehicle so far. The interior fit and finish could be better and the original tires...not holding up very well. The vehicle is comfortable and always a pleasure to drive. I always get compliments on the exterior style. In my opinion, it's one of the better looking SUV's on the road. The rear biased drive train give it superior handling, better than anything I test drove. Chevy, Subaru, or the Kia.

AutoNation Ford Valencia review
I had an outstanding experience working with Austin, the Sales Manager, Peter, and the entire team. I was searching for a very specific Ford Raptor in a particular color, and although they didn’t have exactly what I wanted in stock, they never tried to steer me toward something else. Instead, Austin went above and beyond to locate the exact truck I was looking for at one of their sister dealerships. What impressed me most was their dedication to customer service. Peter was absolutely fantastic—he personally drove over two hours to pick up the truck and made sure everything was completed the very same day. Anyone who has shopped for a Raptor knows how difficult these trucks can be to find, especially when you’re looking for a specific color and configuration. The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and professional from start to finish. They listened to what I wanted, respected my preferences, and worked hard to make it happen. It’s refreshing to work with a dealership that genuinely puts the customer first instead of simply trying to sell what’s available on the lot. Thank you again to Austin, Peter, and the entire team for going above and beyond. I couldn’t be happier with my new Raptor and the overall buying experience. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle and exceptional customer service!

2021 Ford Explorer review
I often drive to the Michigan upper pennisula in the winter. This SUV has never disappointed me. One time I was driving up to Sault Ste Marie early in the morning. The road was slippery with blowing snow. The outside air temp was MINUS 41. i was alone with hardly ever seeing another vehicle. I kept thinking "trust this vehicle" because my life literally depended on it. I had no problems. And everything was on high - the defroster, rear defrost, heated steering wheel, heated seat, radio and keeping my phone charger plugged in. And in case you wonder why I would venture out in these conditions - I was called for jury duty and made it on time !! It has also gotten me out of deep snow.

2018 Ford Explorer review
This is my fourth Explorer. I decided in 2018 to order the top-of-the-line Platinum. This vehicle has all the bells and whistles for a person that wants the luxury of one of Fords top models. It has Platinum leather seats that are very comfortable. If you can find today, buy it. It has the 3.5L V6 that has great power on acceleration. You can only buy a V6 now on the 2025 Explorer ST which is a 3.0L. The cost is around $60,000 Loaded.
