I recently took my 2023 Ford Bronco Sport into Mark Thomas Ford for oil change and tire rotation. Excellent service department. Everyone kind and professional. Wait time was great. I highly recommend this dealership.
2023 Ford Explorer review
Have only had vehicle for 3 weeks but really like it. I’ve had F150’s for the past 12 years and thought I’d miss my truck, but I’m really enjoying this explorer. It’s more comfortable and fun to drive and the gas mileage is better.

The place is nice and clean. The staff is great to work with, friendly and kind. Buying a used F350 superduty was made easy and stress free.
2023 Ford Explorer review
Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

Daystar Ford of Garrettsville, LLC review
I was in the market for a Ford edge, and Mike Dye came through. He found a beautiful one for me. I appreciate all the work that the dealership went through in finding the car. I also worked with Chuck Kepich, who iwas also very good. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would recommend the dealership to other people.

2022 Ford Explorer review
I love this vehicle. My 2022 Ford Explorer XLT far exceeds my expectations. Handling is great. Performance is far better than expected. Gas mileage is 26mpg combined average for the 16,500 miles I have on the vehicle so far. The interior fit and finish could be better and the original tires...not holding up very well. The vehicle is comfortable and always a pleasure to drive. I always get compliments on the exterior style. In my opinion, it's one of the better looking SUV's on the road. The rear biased drive train give it superior handling, better than anything I test drove. Chevy, Subaru, or the Kia.

Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience at Us Euro Auto. If you're in the market for a used vehicle, I highly recommend paying them a visit. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!
2021 Ford Explorer review
I often drive to the Michigan upper pennisula in the winter. This SUV has never disappointed me. One time I was driving up to Sault Ste Marie early in the morning. The road was slippery with blowing snow. The outside air temp was MINUS 41. i was alone with hardly ever seeing another vehicle. I kept thinking "trust this vehicle" because my life literally depended on it. I had no problems. And everything was on high - the defroster, rear defrost, heated steering wheel, heated seat, radio and keeping my phone charger plugged in. And in case you wonder why I would venture out in these conditions - I was called for jury duty and made it on time !! It has also gotten me out of deep snow.

I have had my vehicles serviced at Mark Thomas for the last eight years. I have bought two vehicles there in the last six months from Mark Thomas both the sales and service have been great. Honestly the best dealership I have ever dealt with! From owners , sales and service all A- one!
2017 Ford Explorer review
Bought this car in 2019 as my daily driver. It has enough space to transport my large and was very reliable until about 160,000 miles. Gasket seal and O2 sensors failed causing me $800 in repairs. Not super expensive, but like the previous review says check to see if there are any open recalls. Currently at 230,000 miles and still driving. If you follow the suggested maintenance schedule you'll be fine. If not, you'll be in for some trouble.

2020 Ford Explorer review
Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

2022 Ford Explorer review
I purchased the 2022 Timberline preowned about 1 month ago with appx 50k miles on it. I was disappointed that it does not have memory seats or a garage door remote button. (I didn't even notice this when test driving it). Who makes a car today with all the tech this car has and leaves off these 2 things! The interior is comfortable & well laid out. The ride is smooth & quiet. 2.3L turbo 4 cylinder is quiet & has amazing power. At idle it’s hard to tell that the engine is even running. The prior owner put on Michelin tires which contribute to the smooth, quiet ride. The seats are ActiveX (Ford’s name for vinyl) with cloth inserts. I’m 5’ 10” and 175lbs. My son who rode with me is 6’ 3” and 250lbs. Both of us found the seats comfortable & supportive on our 1st road trip. I’ve driven a Kia Telluride, which is a direct competitor. The Kia has a little more tech but I found the ride to be on the harsh side, especially in the second row. This may be attributable to the low profile 21” tires. The Timberline has 18” balloon tires which I much prefer. 2 weeks after purchasing it I made a 2,200-mile road trip from Dallas TX to Orgon. Fuel mileage ranged from 21 to 28 with an overall average of 24 mpg. *if I don’t drive over 70 mph on the highway the fuel economy goes up to about 32! *these numbers are from the actual miles & gallons of fuel used, not from the dash numbers, which I found are a little optimistic. It has a few bugs that I’ll have to deal with, but it’s a used Ford & not a Lexus. Overall, I'd say I'm very happy with this car & would recommend it.

I highly recommend this dealer! I used to sell cars and know what shady sales tactics are used and have had some pretty cringe buying experiences the last decade. This dealer used NONE and everyone was truly great to work with. Ask for Elias or Mike! Top notch customer service!

Bought my Lexus from Chris Ward at Classic Ford in Madison and truly could not be happier. He was very accommodating to my needs, patient and helpful. I did not fall in love with the first vehicle I looked at that I intended to buy based off my own research. He kindly made suggestions and ultimately found the best choice for me. Without him I would not have the most perfect vehicle for my needs! It runs excellent and has never given me an issue. Thank you Chris!

2021 Ford Explorer review
The ford explorer is an outstanding suv. The new design in 2020 is stylish and the rear wheel drive/4 wheel drive option is state of the art. The ecoboost engines are economical and extremely powerful. Ford dealers are everywhere! Ford parts are common and easy to obtain! I looked at the competitors. Front wheel drive is not suitable for trucks in my opinion. The handling of a rear wheel drive vehicle is outstanding. I actually have a 2022 platinum with the 3.0 v6 and this 2021 base with the 2.3 4 cylinder. Happy with each!!!

2023 Ford Explorer review
I have a 2023 Ford Explorer Platinum, and I purchased it 7 months ago; this vehicle looks brand new and it is extremely comfortable, stylish, and reliable. I am so glad I purchased this vehicle. I will be sure to remain on top of the recommended maintenance schedule through authorized Ford Service Departments. Make sure you use a sun blocker to keep direct sunlight off of your dashboard when parked, which in some extreme cases, can make the leather warp or buckle; this is not just associated with Ford, but all automobile manufacturers that have real leather dashboards ~ especially when in super warm climates.

Classic Ford of Madison review
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Truly Exceptional Experience at Classic Ford of Madison I want to thank Classic Ford of Madison for making my car-buying experience truly special. From the moment I arrived, I felt respected, heard, and valued. The team took the time to understand my needs, worked with me patiently, and gave me a deal that felt fair and generous. I especially want to praise Elias Arias, my salesperson. Elias was knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely committed to helping me find the right vehicle. He made the process smooth and stress-free, and his professionalism stood out from the start. It’s rare to find someone who treats you like more than just a sale—and Elias did exactly that. This dealership is a gem. I’ll be recommending Classic Ford of Madison to anyone looking for a car and will absolutely return when it’s time for my next one. Thank you again for everything! —Yolanda Andolsek

Classic Ford of Madison review
My review of Classic Ford in Madison, Ohio was exceptional. I met Christopher and Andrew. They were very helpful. Both were easy to work with, never being pushy at all. Also, thanks to Michael who I didn’t meet in person. But, he was very helpful on the phone. Thank you all for the great experience. Keep up the good work.
2021 Ford Explorer review
I love my ST all except for seating. I’m just not a fan of European style seating soo we had an upholstery shop up grade them. Sooo much fun to drive! Great gas mileage considering I’m a lead foot. And when needed you can put a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back.

Classic Ford review
A very low pressure dealership! Made for a very pleasant purchasing experience. Our salesman Paul Gayhart went above and beyond in customer service, and truly has all the qualities of a great salesman! From test driving to finishing the actual purchase process only took a couple of hours and was very efficient. My husband and I actually purchased a used vehicle, and can honestly say the prices were quite a bit more reasonable at this dealership. The selection of quality used vehicles was impressive also. Keep up the great work Classic Ford! We wouldn't hesitate to purchase from you again!

Apple play used to connect but no longer does. Didn’t notice passenger door wasn’t installed properly until I took a road trip and the noise!!! Drivers side arm rest squeaks as though it’s about to come apart. Very noisy engine over 40 mph.

I had Justin Gordon, and he was absolutely perfect when it came to selling us a car. He was very knowledgeable and gave us as much information as he could. He was very kind, and caring about my family and I. Thank you Justin, we will definitely return because of you!
