George Gee Coeur d'Alene review
Eric was more than accommodating when helping me for a month he emailed me back right away. I didn't have a car so finding a way to get to CDA was a hassle I let him know my problem and he came and picked me up in the car I was interested in made the whole experience in buying a car so much fun!!

AutoSavvy Post FallsReviews
AutoSavvy Post Falls review
I had a great car buying experience at Post Falls, and Matthew made the whole process refreshingly straightforward by explaining financing options in plain terms and keeping me updated. The vehicle was spotless at pickup and the paperwork was completed faster than I expected. Communication and follow-up were solid, which made getting into my new car completely stress-free. I recommend Post Falls if you want honest, no-nonsense service.

Mike White FordReviews
Mike White Ford review
Had a great experience with Mike White Ford. Dealing with Travis thru phone and text, answered questions on a car I wanted, finally was able to make the trip to Couer d'Alene to see and drive in person, Travis turned me over to Andrew. Both guys can not say enough how they both are awesome to work with and the process was pretty fast to get me back on the road home. Also everyone was opening doors for us, WHAT! you do not see that anymore or even at out local dealership, Mike White Ford puts them to shame.. LOL... Thank you so much for putting me in my dream car. Happy with my experience, great dealership to deal with..

AutoSavvy Post Falls review
I just drove home in my GMC Acadia from Post Falls and couldn't be happier with how smooth the whole process was. Matthew made the test drive relaxed and walked me through financing options without any pressure. Ryan Bessire handled the paperwork quickly while Matthew Donaghue followed up to make sure everything was set before I left. The SUV was spotless at pickup and the team at Post Falls made buying straightforward and genuinely enjoyable.

Country ChevroletReviews
Country Chevrolet review
After 42 years living in the Spokane area, we chose to make beautiful Stevens County our new home. On a recent trip to a local grocery store I experienced a surprise malfunction with the shifter linkage of my vehicle. I suddenly found myself stuck in "park" and unable to complete my mission of gathering critical last-minute grocery items for our family barbeque. Yet unfamiliar with local vehicle service businesses in Colville, I happened to glance in my review mirror and saw the Country Chevrolet sign shining a few blocks away. I immediately set out on foot to explore my options. After a brief hike, I was greeted in the service department by Tammy who instantly took it upon herself to assist me. Gathering master mechanic Ryan, we returned to my car to assess the situation. Ryan diagnosed the issue in seconds and was able to temporarily connect the linkage, enabling me to drive it to the service bay for repair. This is my definition of not only great "customer service" but more importantly genuine kindness and concern for a stranger in need. You have my highest recommendation without reservation!

Brady, the salesman, was super helpful and professional. Even when we didn’t end up buying the vehicle, he helped us with a totally different situation we had. He has kept in contact with us through the process and is super easy to work with. I would recommend this dealership to other people as the didn’t make us feel like we were working with “pushy used car salesmen”. Thank you for making this experience as easy and positive as possible given the circumstances!!

The trade-in offer mailed to me was honored exactly. The testing of cars was not pressurized and was factually enhanced by our salesman's knowledge. It was painless and the Venza is the quietest car I ever rode in.

CarMax does fine, but a little cumbersome since they are so big. Daniel and JJ were very helpful. Cars.com, however, is slow on removing cars from their pages. Twice I went to CarMax to see a car, because Cars.com emailed me that the car I wanted was still available, at that location. Both times it had been previously sold. Frustrating when you’re looking for a specific model.

What an amazing place to buy a new vehicle from. Loved working with Jared and Tyson. Even in this difficult market they were able to get me hooked up with the vehicle of my dreams and at a highly competitive price. Super responsive and was able to get daily updates on the status of my vehicle. They were watching out for me every step of the way. Jared was super courteous and was looking out for me and my time at every opportunity. Can't say enough, but I will definitely be back for any future vehicle purchases
