2002 Ford Explorer Sport review
2002 Ford Explorer sport that I bought in 2010. I put 159,000 miles on it with regular maintenance. I just sold it in ten days on cars.com. I drove this truck daily averaging 2400 miles per month. The young couple that bought it knew that the truck would be their's midway through the test drive, when they turned around. This truck has a lot more to give them at 229343 miles.

Milaca Wheel Motors is EXCELLENT! Mitch is a wonderful salesperson. He is very detailed, and responsive to all inquiries. We are very happy with the Chrysler Fifth Avenue purchase. Highly recommend their family dealership. A true pleasure to deal with them--John
2003 Ford Explorer Sport review
I love my cult classic 03 Ford explorer. I rarely see them on the road and mine is in excellent condition. At around 50,000 miles mine is a jem and for good reason, I maintain it's quality condition. It's a safe smooth ride and has never had any problems. The 4 wheel drive handles exceptionally well in wet snowy conditions and is easily controlled, literally with the flip of a switch. The hatch back is one of my favorite features and super spacious. So many possibilities and uses with this vehicle and I am extremely happy I own this SUV. If you're lucky enough to find one of your own don't pass the opportunity by to check it out. As long as it has been taken care of with routine services this SUV won't let you down or leave you stranded on the of side the road. Best purchase ever.

2001 Ford Explorer Sport review
If Ford sold this same vehicle today I would buy one BRAND NEW!!! Mine now has 198,000 miles on it and is still going strong. Just keep the oil changed and regular maintenance and it will take care of you! Like a good horse! Looking for a larger vehicle but nothing seems to have the integrity of what I am driving now. Even though I will get another vehicle I will keep my Explorer Sport!

2002 Ford Explorer Sport review
Bought my '02 Explorer Sport preowned in '06 with about 60k miles. I've had it over 4 years and put another 50k miles on it. I live in Houston and originally bought this vehicle because I needed something bigger to tote around my teenager and his friends with all of their sports equipment, more rugged to endure the horrible street conditions and a higher ground clearance due to high water flooding. This car has been worth every penny. I have been really bad about maintenance at times; I don't always change/check fluids when I should and have never had a problem. Only big expense I had was replacing the clutch at about 90k miles - which is pretty typical for standard vehicles. Pros: Perfect size, tight turning radius, extremely rugged, low maintenance, great exterior styling, big cargo space, comfortable seating for 5, V6 engine performance Cons: Some of the interior asthetics are a little cheap but still functional, moderate gas mileage, road noise can be a little loud on overly bumpy pavement. I will definitely be driving this vehicle until it won't drive anymore. I wish Ford had come out with something more similar to the Explorer Sport than the Escape. The Escape just isn't as solid as the Sport.

2002 Ford Explorer Sport review
I have had my 2002 for 3 years. THis one has 112,000 and I have only done basics - new battery and alternator. Runs well, gets good gas mileage (averages 21 - 22) and reliable. My only fault is that the seat is a little uncomfortable on long drives

Swerve Auto LLC review
Adam at Swerve was very prompt at communicating. The price quoted was the price I paid. The vehicle i purchased was accurately posted in photos and words. The vehicle was an 18 year old SUV so perfection was not to be expected but for the money was a very good deal and would purchase again even noting that it took a moment for Adam to find a shipper headed west the 700 miles. Thanks for the 08 Explorer.

I've had my 2001 since '07, bought from my mechanic and have loved it ever since. Great car for hauling/moving stuff. Great for long trips as to space & comfort. Gas as usual for SUV's. Needs some repair on & off of usual wear & tear. Love my Ford Explorer!

2003 Ford Explorer Sport review
The explorer is everything I need. I love all the extras, remote start, blue tooth, miles per gallon, heated seats and steering wheel, looks great! The only dislike is that all doors unlock at the same time. When I’m alone I do not like that fact, especially at night.

Lots of options in all price ranges . Easy to sit in/test drive cars. Tim was great and no pressure sales. Will recommend and go back. Clean bathroom for customers. Air conditioning inside. Easy to get to off Cook road, the (hwy) 9 or the (hwy) 20. Local & around since the 80's.

Lou Dominion's Deals on Wheels-Benton Harbor review
I drove by here on my to another dealer. I didn't realize the dealership was there (not from the area originally) and I turned around to see what they had. There was no haggling, no debating, no arguing, no lying, no cheating, no stealing-all things you can expect at some dealers. These guys were all top notch individuals who I could hang out with all day every day. I felt a bond with Mitzy, the dog who kept trying to untie my shoes. Maybe she was persuading me to stay and buy a car? That's exactly what I did. I bought a three-year-old Jeep at a good price with a good interest rate. I wasn't expecting to actually buy a car there, let alone finance one, but I did and my wife is thrilled with her new Jeep. I highly recommend Lou Dominion's Deals On Wheels Benton Harbor location. If his two other locations are anything like this one, you won't go wrong at any of them. I also highly recommend Phil the salesman. He's the real deal, a genuine, honest to goodness human being. No games from this guy and I respect that entirely. If you've read this far, you know I'm pretty satisfied with everything. I am. Best car buying experience I've ever had and I will go there first when I buy my next car!
2002 Ford Explorer Sport review
I love this car so much. If I could have my 2002 Ford Explorer for the rest of my life, I would. I’ve easily put ~40,000 miles on it since I got it (it was already at around 80,000!) and I haven’t paid for a single repair aside from a window that wouldn’t roll up. Oil changes and regular check ups. That’s it. HUGE car with tons of space for both people and/or cargo. I can fit my 10 foot surfboard in here with every door closed, it’s awesome. Needless to say, everyone comes to me for help moving. I will be searching for the most similar car when I need to give this one up someday.
