After searching the western/upstate NY area for a used truck and not finding what I was looking for, I ended up finding a few near each other in NE Ohio. One of those was here at Haasz. I got hooked up with Geno. Fantastic guy! Had the truck waiting for me, and tossed me the keys for a test ride the second I hit the lot. As it turned out, one of the trucks at another dealer was better suited for me - no reflection on Geno or his manager Justin. Had a great conversation with them, and though they really wanted to sell me their truck, they certainly didn’t make it an overly pressured, uncomfortable, or distasteful experience, and understood where I was coming from. I wouldn’t hesitate to make the ride down there again to do business with them…5 hours away!

Very dependable, Very useful, and Very Fun to own. This truck is at 206,000 miles and everything still works as the day I bought it. I could not express how much I love it. It has the 3.5 ecoboost twin turbo engine and the fx4 luxury package it eats dodges and craps on chevy. Please note that if you currently have the 3.5 Eco boost or 2.7 Eco boost to change oil every 3 to 4k due to the high temp your oil gets because you have turbos the 5.0 v8 doesn't have turbos btw

Only mechanical thing I will complain about is the lead frame. But other than that best body style and year of f150s in the 21st century. I'm elated with it and the performance. Comfort, power and style this truck has it all. I have a platinum in white and love it.

I own a 2014 F150 Lariat. Has a 3.5 liter eco boost. I have 157000 miles , had a few minor issues but has been fantastic. Do all the things you need to do to maintain it. Put Lucas auto treatment monthly. Love my truck, I would highly recommend.

Original owner of a 2014 F150 XLT 5.0L engine, short bed. I use it for lots of towing, hauling and long distance driving and it's frequently exposed to harsh environments from chemical refineries to heavy snow and salt. I've done regular oil changes and tire rotations on this truck up to 130k miles. Experienced zero major problems. The only issues with towing are the length of trailer which does push the vehicle around some (driving at recommended speeds of 65mph or less solves this). The tow mode conflicts with the cruise control feature (do not use cruise for hills). Completing recommended maintenance and tuneups makes a notable difference in engine and tow performance. The only parts I've had to replace aside from glass have been a battery, AC blower vent doors with actuators. The full leather interior has held up extremely well with front seat protectors (slight abrasions on driver seat). Console only shows wear with the power button for the heat/AC. Exterior has no rust except a normal even patina in wheel wells (original exhaust good).

I live 80 miles away and found a vehicle I liked and asked them to run my credit before I drove there. They did a great job of getting me approved even though I messed my credit up. As I was driving up there I was hoping they didn't have pictures on their website that really exaggerated how nice the car was. I was shocked that the 2008 jeep was even nicer in person. I'm very weary of used car lots because of the reputation that some of the bad ones give the industry, I would in a heartbeat buy here again because they have the most important qualities, honesty and integrity.

Even when my credit was great I have never experienced the level of compassion and professionalism as I did with Dave. It did not take hours of frustrating time sitting, feeling belittled and being told one thing and then another to only find you have been taken advantage of in the end. I do believe this was by far the best car buying experience I will ever experience! I will definitely be going back to see Dave when I have to purchase another car. I contacted Towpath Motors regarding car detailing. They quoted a price and delivery time. Despite a problem with their detailer, they communicated clearly and honestly throughout the process. In the absence of the detailer, the owner personally completed the job and made sure it was done correctly. They provided the service at no charge since it was not up to their standard. Pleasntly surprised. They have a new customer - honesty and good communication are hard to find, but deeply appreciated!

I emailed Zac (the owner) about a Honda Ridgeline. I included all of my contact information and the next day he called. He answered all of my questions and we arranged a time on a Saturday for me to come out and see and test drive the Ridgeline. I liked it and he and I sat down and negotiated a fair price for it.
