I brought our 2017 Lincoln MKT into Service for an oil change and because I had a malfunctioning door latch. I had an appointment. Gabe Elias was wonderful. I waited a reasonable amount of time for the service. Gabe kept me informed of the progress. A week later the door latch again malfunctioned. I had an appointment to have the door looked at again. A reasonable amount of time before Gabe informed me that the latch was broken and he would have to order a new latch. Price was expensive for a smaller part but I advised Gabe that I had a Ford extended warranty on the vehicle. On his first call, Gabe was told the warranty did not apply, but I questioned him on the accuracy of the response. He made several additional calls and confirmed that the warranty did apply subject to my deductible. That cut the cost in half. Several days later the part arrived. I dropped off the car and at the end of the day it was ready. The cost to me was exactly what Gabe had quoted. I do not know if we would have received the warranty payment unless Gabe had persevered and kept researching its applicability. Took a lot of time, but was good result in the end. Gabe was excellent.
2025 Ford F-150 review
Bought this truck new. I’ve put 3500 miles on it and it rides really comfortably. I went from an AT4 with dead lifters to this. I love this truck and I have not towed with it but the max I’m towing is 6,000 so that should not be an issue.

2024 Ford F-150 review
My Raptor experience has been excellent. Very comfortable, handles fantastic. Great pedal response. Towing ability has been very responsive handlles great during Towing. Have not had a single problem. Only drawback might be price tag.

2024 Ford F-150 review
Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

2024 Ford F-150 review
Missed my 2016 F150 which I sold, was waiting for prices to come down to get back into one. 2024 clearance was heavily discounted, and I love it. 2.7 twin turbo still delivers, comfort is amazing and cabin is quiet. Love all the new technology and screen.

2024 Ford F-150 review
I am super pleased with my truck. I went from a Nissan Frontier SV, which was the best truck I had ever purchased new (built like a tank but way more reliable) to a first time Ford buyer. I had never bought a ford due to feeling they were over priced. Be that as it may I was never going to buy another GM product. So it was either another Nissan or a Ford. I went with the F150 because of the gas mileage. I have already put 10k miles on it and am super pleased with the fuel efficiency. I think I now see why they are priced a little more than the competition.

I had just an amazing and great experience at the Ford dealership. I do recommend you give them a chance before driving so far for disappointments. I went to a total of 3 other dealerships. But our local dealership had more vehicles to choose from and better and upgraded items I wanted on my truck then any other dealerships I went to. I was so disappointed in the other places. I had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Ashley & Alana over at JC Lewis Ford back in December of 2025. It was a very good experience, all in all. Communication was great, replies were almost instantaneous. I made the trip from Louisiana to Savannah to purchase a F150 Platinum that was fairly difficult to find elsewhere. When I arrived at the dealership, the entire staff was very professional, and welcoming. The entire transaction took very little time, from when I arrived, to when I finished in financing, and drove off. Though it is quite a distance from me, I would certainly consider purchasing a vehicle from them in the future if at all feasible. I recommend you stop by them before shopping other dealerships (I had communications with several during this process... some downright awful, so it was refreshing to walk away having a pleasant buying experience). 2025 Ford F-150 review
I purchased a new 2025 XLT powerboost about a month ago. Got around 1500 miles on it. The overall performance of the truck is awesome. Its a good looking truck. I have added tint windows, hard bed cover and I am getting the upgraded leather package for it as well. The gas mileage is great and with hybrid it gets even better. The handling is good. The stop & go is also great. I went from a 2020 Nissan Titan to this F150 and must say I am impressed overall with the truck. I happy about the warranty that ford provided and look to maybe get the extended warranty when the time comes.

I recently visited JC Lewis Ford to explore the 2025 Ford Escape Hybrid, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. DJ and Sam were my sales associates, and they were friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough throughout the process. They offered great pricing upfront, with no pressure or gimmicks. What really stood out was their willingness to let me take the vehicle home for an extended test drive, which gave me time to really evaluate whether it would be the right fit for my family. Ultimately, I decided not to move forward with the Escape—not because of anything lacking in the dealership experience, but because Ford’s current hybrid lineup doesn’t include a 3-row SUV, which is something I need for my growing family. I also already own a 2017 Escape, so I wasn’t sure the newer model would offer the added space and flexibility I was looking for. I ended up purchasing a Kia Sorento Hybrid elsewhere, but I can’t say enough good things about JC Lewis Ford and especially DJ and Sam. If Ford releases a 3-row hybrid with higher MPG in the future, this dealership will absolutely be my first stop. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly, customer-focused car-buying experience!
2025 Ford F-150 review
Very nice truck. Full comfort platinum. Full power 3.5 Ecoboost with performance package. Smooth and fast. Now let see if it gets to my 2012 F150 FX4 with 150000 miles and still great!
