My family and I went to buy a car. Normally this is not a fun experience. However, we were very pleased with the sales person named Lauren. She was not pushy and her main focus was on what "we" wanted and what we were comfortable with. They had any car available and ready for us to test drive. If we had any questions they were answered easily. If they didn't know something about a car they would check and get back back with us as soon possible.
There was no pressure and there were no hassles. We bought a new vehicle and we were pleased. Whatever we requested, they tried to make it happen! Our experiences with Rolling Hills Auto Plaza and with Lauren and Vince was really good.
Dave was a great sales person. He was very informative about the car and the history of the car as it was used. He was knowledgeable about all the amenities and listened and answered all my questions and was responsive to my concerns. It was a great experience overall. Austin was also very good to work with in finalizing the loan and any other add ons. I will definitely recommend Sneed Ford and return when i'm ready for my next car!
I purchased a 2017 mustang gt premium and i was very impressed with the innovatory they had, i was able to get my hands on the car of my dreams with all the different choices they had. Although my front grill was missing the "mustang" emblem so i contacted them to tell them about it and they said they can't do much about it which is upsetting due to the amount of money i spent on the vehicle i wish they would throw in the new $10 emblem. The reason this is a 5 star rating is because Anthony was very friendly and made my buying experience awesome!
Miles was great to work with. Answered every question we had. The hour and a half drive was definitely worth the time. Very nice facility and got exactly what we were looking for, Would highly recommend this dealership, and plan on working with them in the future.
I actually work for another dealer as a sales consultant and purchasing my car through Rich at Dennis Sneed Ford was very easy with comfortable atmosphere. Rich was understanding of my schedule and didn't even mention a complaint when I was 15 min late. The car was as described and well priced. Sure they made money off of my trade but they got me to the payment I wanted and thats all that matters. I was even surprised when Dennis himself introduced himself to me and this was right before closing time. Also Derrick in finance was straight forward and able to answer any questions I had. He was quick about the paperwork as we were anxious to get back on the road for the 3 hour drive home. I definitely recommend this dealership and working with Rich.
My experience of having Kerry for my sales person was 10+++. He was much more like a consultant, always working to get the vehicle I desired in the color, the features, and at a price I could afford (even when I made last minute changes -his answer ‘we will make it happen’. This is the 3rd car we have purchased from this dealership in the last 4 years. Kerry will definitely keep us coming back. He answered all my questions and always with a smile even if I had ask it 3x before. With our other vehicles, I have always used Roberts at Platte ity and will continue. Dean and his team do a great job, they do all the service work on both of my vehicles, from oil changes to new tires. Are very thorough when checking to ensure things are correct and I trust them, which they earned.
Service staff are always amazing! Dean is so helpful and always greets me with a smile!
