I had a specific vehicle in mind and did not find the one for me but had a very good experience. We actually had issues with the vehicle we drove in and they looked at it for us while we were there as their garage was open today. They were very friendly, helpful and all around good to us!
Great speedy service. All employees were pleasant and helpful. Have had dealings with Tester Ford for many years and have never been disappointed. Will visit Tester Ford when I need to lease another vehicle.
I bought a used ford escape. I could not be more happy with mu purchase. Every one was friendly and professional. I had another key ordered and called me when it came in and was out of service within a half hour. The only bad thing I could say is that when I left I was in a hurry, and my gas tank was empty. I only had 30 miles until E. Other than that was great!

Bob Ortiz, our salesman who we had a great experience with in Leasing our Lincoln MKC, fixed us up within about an hour of our arrival at Liberty Ford of Vermilion. Bob is a great representative of the dealership, did a great job matching our needs to a vehicle in their inventory, and had it delivered to their store, ready to go as promised the next day. I walked in Thursday and drove off with a vehicle thanks to Michael White I had a great experience I would recommend a family member or friend there anytime. He actually took his time and really showed that he cared.
Came to look at a car I found online. After the test drive, I knew I didn't want that car; seat and armrest weren't comfortable. Salesman found another car--this one didn't even have an armrest. I stated this wasn't what I was looking for and I was looking for a car that I would use until the wheels fell off. I could see him getting irritated and he said, "Can't you just get used to the armrest?" I knew specifically what I wanted and what I didn't. Eventually after showing me many cars that didn't fit what I was looking for, he said, "You're gonna have to sacrifice on some of the things you want."
He seemed very irritated that I did research on cars. He gave me makes and models they had on the lot that might work, and I was using a website to tell him if the cars would be acceptable. After a while of telling him no, he stated, "Not that I think that website is lying but I never hear about any of those complaints." This was the final straw. You are a salesman. People are not going to come in and tell you about how bad their transmission is when they are trying to trade it in for another vehicle.
I bought a car I love a week later with EVERYTHING I was looking for. I didn't have to sacrifice anything and I got it $5000 less than cars they were showing me.
I had a great experience at slimans. At first I didn't think we were going to reach an agreement but Eugene was very patient and persistent and kept me in the loop the whole time I will definitely be back when I'm ready for a new vehicle thank you Eugene for all your time and patience.
