Used 2013 Ford Flex for sale near Augusta, GA

Cody did a great job, as always. When they installed my new battery, the after factory remote starter they installed stopped working. He tried to get ford to replace after only 3 years. They wouldn’t. They would split it but it had doubled in price. Not using a Ford product that quit working. Cody tried his best.

I bought a 2013 Limited with eco-boost a year ago and I love it. It has relatively low miles for the age and has more bells and whistles than any vehicle I've ever owned. I do find the AWD doesn't preform as well as other AWD vehicles I've had. Even with the same kind of all weather tires, I find it slides quite easily on winter roads when taking turns. The length of the vehicle could also be part of the issue. Regardless, I love her! The specs on it were an eye popping $58k when it was new, I'm glad to get it for much less and still enjoy the heated and a/c seats, backup camera, auto parking, and my favorite, the built in mini fridge and freezer between the middle row captions chairs! Ha ha ha what an awesome vehicle. Mid range gas milage has been ok. I've had to replace a couple parts that I suppose were just worn out from age, like the radiator hose. The panoramic roof gives it much needed light so it isn't a big dark box.

Outreach is top notch if you’re on the updates they follow up keep you apprised of any changes. I was hoping for something to work out my way I feel finance and sales were in tune with the sale it just didn’t work out for me 4-5 - 5-5 would have been the sale

The Flex is an amazing mid-size SUV, wagon or van depending on who you ask. While it may not get the best MPG, the vehicle is responsive, quick (even on the non-ecoboost) and fun to drive. The styling is definitely it's strong suit, both in being unique inside and out but by also being very practical. Everything is setup in a very natural way, if you use select-shift it's very easy to work with and for two people above 6 feet there's plenty of room in front two row seating. My biggest concern for any potential buyers is the value. I would absolutely recommend a Flex to anyone due to it being very safe and fun but if you want it with more capability or with more features the vehicle can easily get into the higher $20k's and into the $30k's. I definitely recommend the EcoBoost, at the cost of a couple MPG it becomes a very sporty vehicle, but it's only an option on higher trims. 2013 got the updated front-end but I recommend newer years with a newer Sync system that'll support Android Auto/Apple CarPlay. Last thing is to watch out for is EcoBoosts with bad service records and Flex's without their water pump replaced at some point. Both are known to go bad if a previous owner didn't keep up with maintenance.

Great for family with multiple children, plenty of power and shines up really nice. Feel comfortable driving it anywhere. I’ve never been a FORD guy but I think we got a good one here.

Jim Jessen was the best car salesman we have ever met. All the staff were wonderful. Jim went above and beyond to help us choose a used Ranger for our granddaughter. He set up our granddaughter’s phone, made sure her automatic lights were on as we were leaving after dark etc. I can’t say enough about his care and customer service. When the check engine light came on late that night, it only took a phone call to Jim to have us come in the next day. After 2 1/2 hours of them checking it over, they found the sensor was faulty. A part is ordered and will be installed when it arrives. All at no cost to us. For the inconvenience, they buffed the car getting any small scratches etc out. The 2019 Ranger was one owner Blue Certified with 72000 miles. We are having it undercoated, they got us in Wednesday and offered a rental car to drive while this was being done. Just have to return with full tank of gas. No high pressure anywhere. So happy we went there. Go to Inver Grove Ford for the best service. Make sure and ask for Jim “JJJ” Jessen!!!! These guys have been in business forever, and they are one of the few garages in the area that is certified to do state emissions testing. It looks like a bunch of the other dealers in the area bring their cars there for service too. So why not just cut out the middleman? All their cars look great, and I would totally buy from them!
