The biggest standout was being able to negotiate the deal by phone and text before making the two-hour drive to the dealership. That made a huge difference and showed real respect for our time. Noah was our salesperson and he was patient, knowledgeable, and very friendly throughout the entire process. There was no pressure, and everything was exactly as discussed when we arrived. The process itself was incredibly quick and smooth. They beat every other dealer?s price on the Tremor by a landslide. Financing was also a great experience. Our finance manager was efficient, got us a great rate, and explained everything clearly without dragging it out. We would absolutely recommend this dealership and would not hesitate to buy from them again.

I cannot figure out why Ford stopped making this cool car. They ride excellently have plenty of horse-power and are very roomy. I personally think that the same guys that screwed up the design of the Mustangs made the decision to cancel the Flex.

They have fair prices and the price tag was transparent. What you see is what you get plus they even gave me some extra amenities with it. I never had to haggle. They quickly approved my loan and went over the warranties and maintenance program in detail with me. I was able to use my credit card for the down payment. The car was detailed for me. And Tina showed me how to use all of the bells and whistles the car had to offer. She even offered to take our picture. Great for hauling things around besides the kids, The 3.5 standard v6 is not strong enough for this heavy box on wheels I found the 6speed trans can keep up but the motor struggles lugging this thing around. If your going to purchase one get the AWD with the turbo charged 3.5 overall I’d buy another just not the base sel model

I love this car! Everyone who rides in it loves this car! People also tell me, “what a good looking ride it is.” What were you thinking discontinuing Ford Flex??!! I think people were just starting to get the feels for Ford Flex’s. If you’re going to discontinue one of your cars do the other SUVs I test drove and hated. Just by i decided to test drive one and on the spot bought it. You won me over with a FLEX, we used to be strictly Chevy. Bring back the flex...please. When I wear this one out what am I going to get after a FLEX?

I bought it to pull my small trailer. Pulls excellent. No hitch drop. I also use it to haul my saddlery products. Lots of room and plenty of scat to haul with. I haven't driven my Chrysler 300 with a Himey since I bought the Flex. I still own the 300, just in case I change my mind.
