Keeping me occupied while I wait. It was My Birthday that day and everyone that worked there that knew it was my birthday came over and wished me a Happy Birthday. And I thought that was really nice.
Eddie M and Erick at Ray Brandt Dodge did an exceptional job at making sure I was happy with my 2018 Dodge Challenger. Even offered to deliver car to me at home. The employees there made my husband and I feel like part of the family.
By far this was the best vehicle purchase I’ve made. The price was right, the financing was negotiated to a much lower rate than originally presented. The staff at this dealership worked hard to get me the best deal on my new car!
We just purchased a 2014 Honda Odyssey and had the best experience at Premier. We were treated so respectfully as compared to another local dealer. The salesmen work tirelessly for the customers and you can tell it's a family at Premier. We did most of our negotiation online and over the phone because we have 2 small children. Corey was extremely patient throughout the entire process and through our indecisiveness. He stayed late and appeased every request and not once showed any frustration. Greg, the sales manager, is extremely kind, fair, and professional--not the same treatment from a manager that we received at our local dealership. Travis, who did our financing, was knowledgeable and highly efficient. Overall an excellent, well-oiled and FAIR dealership. There are fair people in the world!

Nothing to say really just hate the wait timing to get your car services an they don’t give out loaner until your car ready but other then that the wait timing could get better.. thank to Donald n ms Stacie from speeding up the work on my car..happy costume
I’m still waiting on my vehicle to be service still didn’t get to drive it yet to get a survey yet on the car. My car salesmen never call me back abut the service on the car I had to call him.but he still never call me back to tell me about the car.still waiting but I do still have the loneners vehicle

Premier Dodge in New Orleans I-10 Service Rd provided a great new car buying experience. My dealer Harold B. was very patient with me during the buying process. The staff was courteous and professional. To the entire staff "Thank You."
Have purchased more than one vehicle from Premier. Shade was polite and seemed fairly new, but sincere. Was able to work a deal that I was comfortable with, but the process this time seemed to take MUCH longer with sales manager and floor manager making multiple trips into the GM's "Office". Too much back and forth wastes the customers valuable time. Overall I was satisfied with my purchase, disappointed they didn't check the tire pressure before I pulled off the lot and no manual in the car. Both were corrected quickly when I called the following business day. Not sure why they mailed the plate to trade in back to me, again causing an unnecessary waste of my time to have to go turn the plate in myself.
Premier Dodge always gives me excellent customer service . Curteous , fast and thorough .
We have purchased a number of trucks from Premier and Benjamin Broitman . Ben and his team are spot on and the Best in the business .
Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Quick service. Easy to understand. Delivered when promised. Reasonable price. Nice waiting area with refreshments for customers. A place I will highly recommend.
