I do not look forward to buying cars. There are so many terrible tactics and sales people out there its just a horrible overall experience. Rebbecca and Sneed Ford were not that. She showed us the cars we asked for, recommended just one we missed that was almost the same car(which we ended up buying) and we did the negotiating with her, not a finance guy on a raised platform and aggressive manners. She answered all our questions, was very patient and very personable. We talked with the owner a bit when Rebbecca was busy who turned out to be just as fantastic. Overall easily the best car buying experience we've been through and they'll definitely be my first search next time we're looking for a car.

There was a recall on a certain part that hasn't been done yet and they performed the replacement under warranty. It was also time to service the transmission and I asked them to do that too. Ryan was my Service Associate who helped me. He was so incredibly knowledgeable about my specific car and its transmission and the frequency of the service that would keep it running great. He explained everything in a way I could understand and then even walked me to the area I could pay for the service. This was top notch , expert customer service along with next level experience.
