My new 2025 explorer experienced a warranty issue while we were traveling to Texas. Thankfully it happened as we were going by The Everett Ford dealership. We were able to make it to the service department and within minutes they knew the issue. Apparently the new cars send the problems codes through WIFi and it shows up on the service writers computer. He called a service technician and he took the car back and had it fixed in 1.5 hours and we were able to continue on our trip.

I wasn’t even planning on purchasing a new truck for myself but they made me such a great deal I couldn’t refuse. We had a slight misunderstanding and Jess and his staff went above and beyond to make my wife and I happy. You don’t get this level of service just anywhere. I’ve already recommended them to my friends and family and I would be happy to talk to anyone who’s on the fence about shopping with them.
