We live about 3 hrs from MemberCar. They were very helpful in sending pictures I requested of the vehicle and even went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the vehicle before we visited. Everything was ready to go when we arrived. On the way home, 2 hrs into the return trip we encountered and issue. Rob assured us they would make it right. We were able to take the vehicle to our garage to fix and MemberCar reimbursed. I have bought many used cars in my life but have never experience a dealership like MemberCar where they made sure we were completely satisfied with the vehicle. I would definitely make the trip again for another vehicle.

The entire staff did a phenomenal job taking care of me. From Nichole, the office administrator, to Doug, the salesman who sold me the car and finally Anthony all were attentive to my wants and needs. Nichole followed up on my initial call and help me set up a test drive. Doug greeted me and took me on the test drive and worked the deal. And last but not least, Anthony the office manager. I had a minor issue with the car I just purchased , I brought it back to the dealership and they immediately took car of it. This is a "top of class" small dealership. If you need a quality car at a reasonable price definitely go to " Cars by AJ".!
