Palm Springs Motors Ford review
I had a great experience at this dealership! Patty Johnson was amazing—very professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. She took the time to address all of my concerns and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. I really appreciated how smooth everything went. Highly recommend working with her! What I appreciated most was how patient and understanding she was throughout the entire process. Buying a car can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Patty made everything feel easy, smooth, and completely stress-free. She kept me informed at every step, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel pressured. The whole team at the dealership was friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. I left feeling confident in my purchase and really happy with the service I received. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and will treat you with respect, I highly recommend asking for Patty Johnson—you won’t be disappointed!

Gosch Ford of TemeculaReviews
Gosch Ford of Temecula review
Good overall experience. As always, the dealership tried to slip in extra fees. This does not make this dealership any worse than others, but I won't give 5 stars when this happens. In our case, the sticker price was not what we saw when we sat down to negotiate. There was a $1,300 charge added for a security feature the dealership had installed. I had that removed: sticker price on a used car should be everything that the car is. I did not choose a $1300 option. The dealership worked with us and was friendly, except for the finance guy. It was late at night and he got a little snippy.
2026 Ford Mustang Mach-E review
Keenan, Jason, and Hector were fantastic to deal with Great car buying experience super laid-back and they made it fun. We’ll definitely be going back here for our next Ford. I can’t not give these guys five stars. But speaking of Hector, he was the only finance guy for two dealership. He ran his butt off to get everyone signed and did it with a smile. Thanks again guys.

Great service from Rick Freeze?from ordering the vehicle in July to delivery in December. He kept me in the loop throughout the process.Adrian in Finance was very helpful. Doing a sale and financing remotely was a little challenging for me, but they both were on top of it.

Excellent service. Wally greeted me and directed me to the waiting room. He had me watch a video of the servicing. When it was complete, he came to the waiting room and escorted me back to check in, and reviewed what had been done with my Mazda. Thanks for the special treatment.
