He provided us with excellent service and, having done car loans myself, was very efficient and knowledgeable of the process, actually selling us a 2017 Kia Soul which I love. He even went well beyond by helping us with some unrelated paperwork. He was so friendly, got me the best rate and I couldn't have been happier with the sale. He is great! Also, Frank came in and he, too was wonderful.
