Had bought a 2017 Chevy Camaro Convertible back in May, 2018 and had a terrible experience. Needed service on the convertible top and Scott Williams went over and above to make sure it got fixed. He changed my outlook on this dealership for the better. Can't say enough thanks!
This was the easiest car buying experience in my life. I live in Beebe, and work in Little Rock, so we did everything by text and email. Alexis was great to work with, they had me approved for financing, but I ended up getting a better rate through USAA, so I was pre approved. It might have taken an hour total to do the paperwork, and the only reason it took an hour is because I didnt have the paperwork faxed there before I got there.
I got a great price on the car and they worked my deal to make sure I could get a loan. I was upside down ont my trade, and they took a hit on their asking price to make the deal work. Alexis was easy to work with, and did a great job of making it all come together.
I will buy all of my cars through them from now on.
I bought my used Ford Edge in another town. I brought it in to Riser Ford for an oil change/service. I expected a lot of upselling of other products/services while my car was being serviced. I didn't get that at all. The service department did explain what I needed and what they recommended but were careful to stay in my budget. I only want my car serviced at a place I trust. I'm definitely going back!
When I first purchased my car, the process was smooth and fast. Cindy in the finance office is just awesome. When they contacted my previous lienholder to get a payoff, they got the wrong amount(on both cars I purchased.) which resulted to a balance owed to the previous lienholder. I went back and forth with Fletcher(them always telling me it would be taken care of) for THREE months! This resulted in three late payments on my credit report! FINALLY after driving the hour back down there because I was tired of my calls not being returned, LaToya in the title office fixed all my issues in one time.. Mind you, three months later. The salesman, Rob, was really good and so was Cindy in the finance office. I think

I just completed one of the best car purchase experiences of my life! It’s been a long time since I put myself in a new car, but Crain Ford was wonderful! Jeff “fa-fa” Johnson was my sales rep and he was amazing! No pressure, he listened to what I was looking for and what I wanted to pay. He worked to find me several options and he found just what I was looking for! What I loved about Jeff “fa-fa” was his attentiveness without being pushy. The service team is outstanding! I bought pre-owned so there were a few minor things they were taking care of. AFTER the deal was made and the ink dried, while they were completing the agreed upon issues, they found another costly issue and just took care of it! No added cost! They could have easily let it go and I would not have found it till later at which time the cost would have been mine. Who does that?! Good guys do that! Reputable companies do that! Ford Crain does that! Whether you are looking for a Ford or some other brand, you owe it to yourself to check with them first! Give Jeff “fa-fa” Johnson a call, you won’t be sorry!
Todd Meredith took care of me from the moment I rolled in the service bay until I left. He kept me informed as my truck was being serviced. He then followed up with a phone call to insure everything was still good.
