Bought a new 2025 Bronco here on Monday. Very nice buying experience, although I don't have much experience, as I bought the truck I traded in 14 years ago, at a now closed used car dealership. My sales person, William Cleek, had the car I had my heart set on waiting at the door when I showed up for my scheduled test drive. Laying eyes on it, I knew this was the vehicle I wanted to purchase. Deal was made that day, and I drove off the lot before their closing hours.

I purchased a pre-owned Ford F150 from Capital Ford of Charlotte NC in Dec 2024, Criag Smith was my salesperson, he was very cordial and professional. Purchasing an expensive vehicle online can be a frustrating experience, only seeing pictures of the vehicle but not actually being there means you really have to trust your salesperson. Craig sent all the pictures of the vehicle I asked for and he kept me updated on the purchasing process. We also had a live Skype video where he demonstrated all the features and verified that everything I was concerned about, worked perfectly. The vehicle was shipped to me in a completely enclosed box trailer, so it arrived clean and free from any damage. Everything Craig said about the vehicle was correct, he said it was a beautiful truck, and he was right. Although Craig did a great job in presenting the vehicle, I gave them 4 stars due to a financing misunderstanding.
