He understood and offered to answer any questions I may have. Well it turned out I did have a few questions about the Ford escape. Sam Huhn was great! He took almost an hour out of his day to answer all my questions and explain the difference in the model line even though I told him I wasn't in the market at the moment. When I was done with all my questions he smiled and gave me his card and told not to hesitate to call him if I had anymore questions. I was very impressed that he took the time to answer my questions even though I told him I wasn't in the market for a new car. This young man is a credit to the Kennedy organization and when the time comes to purchase a car he will definitely be my salesperson!!

I have to write a detailed review about my experience with this dealership. I am limo driver from New York and have bought many cars here in New York, but this CT dealership was top notch. Humongous thank you to sales advisor Mauro and manager Kelsey. They were both Extremely patient. We spoke personally from cell phones Mauro and I for about 2 weeks. I wanted to get to certain numbers that worked for my family and I. Mauro relayed the message back to Kelsey and he called the bank many times to find a deal that worked for me. They were a great team and finally I have to say what a great job. I got the very vehicle I needed. Low mileage SUV in mint condition. I can see why they have such a good reputation. You guys were good.
