This cargo van met all my needs, plenty room in the cargo area, reliable driving, nice rear view in the driver and passenger mirrors and very big windshield.

My email correspondence left a lot to be desired when the manager blatantly told me that the car I was looking at was not possible in my price range and did not even send over any alternates, just stopped communicating. I decided to take a chance and still test drive the car I wanted and Meagan was a great sales person. She did additional research on the car and was not pushy but very thorough. Luckily Chad was the manager on staff the day we came and he made the deal happen Rich said was not possible. The buying process was the quickest I have ever experienced and we didn't have to spend half a day waiting in the dealership. Overall I am happy with our purchase and sales experience but the initial disappointment is still a factor.

Salesman Emil English was very prompt in responding to my inquiry regarding a truck listed on the website. Emil went above and beyond by providing detailed information about the vehicle, sending additional photos, and being very flexible in scheduling a test drive. The finance department was extremely efficient in securing a lender and thoroughly explained the financing terms. GRINWALD FORD SERVICE DEPARTMENT is a life-saver! We were driving from Florida to Colorado to Watertown and heard a knocking in our front left wheel area. Ralph Schmidt and his service team worked us into a Friday afternoon schedule, analyzed our situation, found the parts nearby , and fixed our problem within 4 hours! The price was far less money than we anticipated! We were thankful Grinwald Ford solved this potentially deadly axle problem and got us back on the road quickly!

We bought a Toyota Sequoia and noticed a couple of things that were a little off like the mirror the motor was out. They also did an inspection and found the back window did not go down so they ordered all the parts right away. Customer service is excellent! I live in Waukesha I couldn't make a deal on an incoming car, but I ended up ordering the car to spec from another dealer who had three allocations the dealers in Iowa, but it's gonna cost me $600 to ship the car which is not that bad because I'm saving thousands of dollars I previously purchased another brand of vehicle from this dealer as well but they're one of the largest Ford dealers in the Midwestern United States, which is how they ended up getting my business originally they have a big presence on all of the ford forums so the deals are out there people you just have to look for them. It's not 2022 anymore And ford sales numbers of public Especially when it comes to models like mustangs. But at least I tried to get my local deal of the business first and I provided evidence to them of the deal I could get because you know how it is. They always say that you're lying about the deal you can get. Etc etc etc Do your research you can always save money. It's a Ford. It's not a Porsche GT 3RS OK.

It's designed perfectly for my purpose, interior space is sufficient with the medium roof. Gas mileage is good, technology provides safety needed for our drivers.
