Bought used. Works very well for getting kids and all our stuff around. If I purchased new I would get leather and a limited slip rear end. Waiting to see how it does on bad roads... probably not good.
Dealership is welcoming as soon as you enter. The staff goes above and beyond. Highly recommend. Worked with us to get the best deal. Great!

This car has met all my needs. The only thing I would do different is offer an automatic sliding door. I have fractured my hand and 2 of my kids have slammed their fingers in there. The door is really big and hard to stop if it starts rolling

It was great but got T Boned and totaled the van out. Other driver claimed to be doing speed limit but it was loaded with product and it sent me off the road over the grass and into a parking lot..Drvers side airbags did not deploy.

I bought a 2015 Audi A3 Convertible from Rich at eimports4less and I'm very happy. It was such a simple process and was all over in a few days. I sent an email through the website that I was interested in the car one night and sent the email to see if the car was still available and Rich called me the next day. After we spoke, we suggested that I complete financing form with a deposit. Afterwards, I was approved and could pick up the car in two days. You can't beat that...... The pick up also went smoothly and Rich was very accommodating and thorough. I felt the exchange was honest and didn't feel like I had somehow in the end, been cheated. I would recommend Rich to others in a heart beat!!

This Van gives us a large space. It provides spaciousness. In addition, compare to previous van, when i drive highways, it is very stable and comfort.
I found Rich Otto at Eimports 4Less through TrueCar. I was out of state and needed a car 10 days before leaving out of the country. Rich was amazing at helping me navigate what I wanted and what his dealership could do to help during a very stressful buying situation. I never felt pressure and I learned a lot from Rich. I was impressed by how fast he always got back to me with answers. He and his dealership really worked to try to help me find a car in my price range and get it delivered to me. I did not end up purchasing from Eimports 4Less and Rich, but I really wanted to because they were one of Friendliest dealerships I interacted with. I highly recommend them.

I bought 2012 Subaru Outback recently and it was the best experience i have in purchasing car from car dealer. Nathan did an outstanding job. He take care of his customer to the max. When i test drive the car i notice the inspection due on febuary of 2019, without me asking he take care of it and put a new inspection sticker. The cars they sold in the lot are top quality. I???m getting like Brand new tires, get detail in and out, and they fix the power seat. I will recommend people to buy cars from these guys

This is a great new generation of a van. Much better gas mileage, way more comfortable, and a lot of fun to drive. I hope Ford keeps investing in this design,

This car is all I need for my business needs everyone is very comfortable with extra legs space. The driving is very good especially when you go faraway.
Edit: I am upgrading my previous review from one star to three because of the dealership's General Manager Flavio Pinheiro. Not only was he thoughtful enough to address my review, but he called me to apologize and learn from the experience how to make the business better. I was upset due to the lack of communication between the staff and the customer. I dropped off my 2003 X-type because it had an issue passing the DMV inspection. It took a few days to hear back from anyone. It took them several more days to locate a part. However, the staff did not communicate this to me. When I would call to ask about the status of my car a staff member would tell me they would call me back and never did, or a secretary would direct my call to a voicemail that was never answered. I think it would help the dealership greatly to answer or return calls by the end of the day or early the next day. Staff members who do not know the answer to a question should not promise to call back "in two minutes" and then never call back. Because my car is an older model, I began to feel that my business did not matter. There were days when I waited patiently for a call back. Then there were days where I grew greatly impatient and tried several times to reach someone. I don't mind at all that it took two weeks to get back the car because I now know they were trying to locate the part from several other dealerships. However, I would have felt a great sense of relief and comfort that my car was indeed being cared for if someone would have tried every few days to call and give me an update without me having to chase an employee down. I would definitely now give this dealership another chance, and I suggest if a customer is having an issue to reach out to Flavio. He will try to address your concern and has made me a happy customer once again.
My 2003 X-type could not pass DMV inspection. I felt confident that the dealership I bought the car from could diagnose and repair the problem. However, this dealership has changed greatly for the worse since becoming a Paul Miller dealership. No one answers or returns calls on the multiple phone numbers listed on their website. There is not enough follow-up to update the customer on the status of the repair. I would call the Service Dept only to get redirected to the Parts Dept voicemail that is never answered. They explained the problem with the car and then added on two additional issues that I felt padded the bill. I told them to fix what was wrong with the car so I could pass inspection. They agreed to do so. However over a week and a half later, I still didn't hear back from from them whether the car was ready. I called multiple times and was finally able to speak to someone. They told me because my car was older they were having trouble locating the part. If the dealer can't get the part, who can? What kind of answer is that? Why didn't they call me during that week long of waiting to explain what was going on? They said they would call me the next day to let me know what would happen next. I still haven't heard from them 24 hours later. They are the reason people avoid repairs at a dealership.
My experience here was wonderful. It was my first time buying a car of my own and I didn't feel pressured into anything. They walked me through the whole process, and I felt like I got a great deal. Mike, the salesman, was so helpful and accomodating. I definitely recommend this dealership!
Great Bicycle Carrying Van

This vehicle is an excellent choice for carrying 4 bicycles inside with 4 passengers or 6 passengers with two to four bikes on an outside rack. Just remove or add in seats as needed to carry more or less from the 12 seats provided. My brother in law is borrowing it for his daughter's wedding party. The six speed transmission with regular gas and a 3.7 liter V-6 makes it hard to beat for economy in this class. The suspension is proven and excellent for the weight capacity. We took 4 people and bikes to Cali and back for a 9500 mile trip and got 17 to 19+ mpg with different drivers. Wind and outside noise is minimal for a van of this size (long wheelbase, low body, window version) and the radio/CD player/iPod player is excellent because of the windshield sound board effect. Value seems to beat the Mercedes, Nissan, GMC, Express and Ram one ton competitors. Ride is surprisingly good and tight, with good handling.

Great comfort and access for entry and exit of passengers. Gives everyone a smooth ride. Wish gas mileage was better though. Good visibility for the driver
