Coastal KiaReviews
Coastal Kia review
I’m a three-year veteran of the Coastal Kia dealership, having leased a 2021 Sportage and purchased two older Kias for my son and daughter-in-law there. Have nothing but great things to say about the service department. Recently, I returned my leased vehicle, and learning that my dog had created significant damage to the interior, I worked with sales person Cody Hamilton to purchase a new vehicle. To say that Cody went above and beyond is an understatement. Not only is he extremely personable, he’s an empathetic and knowledgeable sales person, taking the time to explain my options and giving me choices. There are so many new features on the 2024 line to go over!! He did a great job, working to meet what I wanted and needed, while also respecting my time and budget. He’s also provided outstanding follow up to ensure that I’m satisfied and understand all the features of my new Sportage, which I love. Great job!!

I truly can’t say enough good things about Danny and the experience we had. He was incredibly responsive, easy to work with, and went above and beyond throughout the entire process. What stood out the most was how genuine he was. We never felt like we were just another customer buying a car. He made us feel like we were buying from a lifelong family friend who truly had our best interest at heart. I would recommend Danny 1,000 times over. If you’re looking for a vehicle, ask for him specifically. You won’t be disappointed!

Let me just first start by saying that sometimes God himself will connect you to the right people. Yesterday was nothing short of a blessing! The staff at this dealership went above and beyond for me yesterday! NOTHING BUT GOD. The atmosphere was so calm and laid back. They are more than just nice! Yes, I drove from Gwinnett to pick up my car and it was worth it! I strongly suggest going here for your next vehicle! THANK YOU ALEX and CHAD!

Stevenson-Hendrick Honda Wilmington review
We had a Great Experience purchasing a Honda Ridgeline through salesman Nick Smith at Stevenson Hendrick of Wilmington!!! He was so professional, knowledgeable, patient and polite throughout the entire process. He answered every question we asked to our satisfaction which made us feel very comfortable in his presence. We never felt as though we were being rushed to make a decision regarding purchasing the Honda Ridgeline. Nick was also very accommodating and provided us snacks and water as we talked in his office while he worked diligently to make us the best offer he possibly could regarding the purchase of the Ridgeline. Nick also took the time to set up “Car Play” for us before we left the car lot to head back home. Will very likely return to this dealership in the future when looking to purchase another vehicle. Bryce was an outstanding salesman to work with. This is my second Mazda with Bryce. One lease and second purchase. He is very conscientious, respectful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He is the primary reason I return for sales and service. Whenever I have a question before during or after purchase Bryce has always worked diligently to get a response either through self knowledge or further research. He takes the time to ensure one knows and understands the product one is purchasing! Bravo! Everyone at Stevenson has always been helpful from the reception desk to sales to finance to service! I could easily go to another Madza dealer in my area however I prefer Stevenson.

I purchased a used vehicle from Mazda in Wilmington. From the start, Megan was attentive to my questions and if she didn’t know the answer off hand, she wasted no time in finding the answer and letting me know. The entire process, including the test drive and the final delivery were handled efficiently and professionally. I’ll be more than happy to go back to them when the time comes for a new car.

Impex Chevrolet GMC review
Most pleasant car buying experience! Lisa was outstanding! She was very patient as I test drove truck after truck, after until I got exactly what I wanted. At no point did I feel rushed or forced into something I didn't want, I knew she was listening to me and getting me the best deal. I will buy all my cars from here going forward!
