Great cargo van - just what we were looking for to convert into a camping base camp for hiking and fishing excursions in our retirement.

Mitch was great to work with. The lemon squad appt took longer than expected, and when they found a small transmission line leak, Mitch had it fixed promptly without question. When it came to payment, my bank would not complete a wire transfer for me, so I had to mail a hard check, and even though I sent it certified, it never made it to the dealer. So, I overnighted another check via FedEx. Mitch was patient with me throughout these setbacks, kept the truck on hold for me the entire time, and was always quick to respond to any questions/concerns I had. The shipping cost through Milaca's broker was competitively priced as well. I would definitely do business with Mitch and Milaca Wheel-Co again!

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

Great option instead of a SUV. FWD is fine with good tires for traction and it has clearance comparable to a SUV. It isn't as expensive and has enough options to choose from. The mileage is around 26 @ 80 mph.

This is a surprisingly great vehicle to drive. The plastic trim parts are poorly executed and rattle, but it can't be beat for drivability. It's also much cheaper to service than my prior Mercedes Sprinter

3.7ecoboost is powerful. It’s a work van but has so many things that make it enjoyable to drive. Power assisted lane keeping is fantastic for helping you stay in the lanes. The sync3 radio is a very nice benefit too. Hopefully it holds up.

Van is roomey and reliable. But doors do not fit well and the vehicle didn't come with a jack. It does have a spare tire but no jack

The mark of a great dealer for me is the service after the sale. I bought a Buick Lacrosse from the Blaine store, adding an extended warranty. After 15 months, I found another car at a different dealer that caught my eye and I purchased it. Having over 3 years left on the warranty, I contacted Mike at Bedrock and he walked me through the process to get a refund. bought the extended high roof option, with turbo 3.5 Ecoboost engine. gets remarkably good mileage, handles well for a rolling billboard, but cross winds disturb it. installed rear antisway bar and improved stability. installed crew cab second row seats for family, used it as furniture hauler, scrap metal hauler, firewood hauler. Does everything well without complaints. May turn it into food truck later. Installed inverter and deep cell batteries beneath the floor for 110 volt power but have rarely used it so far.

I've owned a 2010 Transit Connect since 2014 and it has been the best vehicle I've owned. I use it for work and haul a lot of movie production gear in it. Most of the time it stays half full and I drive it that way. It's been reliable and only needed standard maintenance, except for the transmission. I knew the transmission was a weak link when I bought it at 94,000 mis. It bit the dust at 120,000 mis. I had a rebuilt one installed and was assured that it'll be good for another 120,000 mis. I'm at 160,000 and it is still going strong.
