This is a surprisingly great vehicle to drive. The plastic trim parts are poorly executed and rattle, but it can't be beat for drivability. It's also much cheaper to service than my prior Mercedes Sprinter

Fantastic customer service, staff, quite knowledgeable and ease of getting my Edge serviced I used their valet service-such a great way to have the car serviced and the pick up and drop off was so easy and convenient.
