We contacted Rhinelander Auto through the internet based on a listing we saw for a used van. Paul contacted us and invited us to visit. We traveled over 100 miles through a snowstorm to look at a used vehicle. We were treated with great respect and our requests were met without hesitation. The experience was most positive and we have been very satisfied with our purchase.
The dealership and the people I dealt with were all very accommodating. My problem is with GM because, from my vantage point, they are putting out bad wheel hubs and they don't seem to care. I have 94000 miles on my 2012 Lacrosse and I just had my SEVENTH wheel hub replaced. In the two cases where I ask to see the bad hub, it turns out that the reluctor ring on the hub breaks into little pieces, thereby giving me ABS and stabilitrac error indicators, and the loss of both those very important safety features.
I have bought three vehicles from here and everytime had great experiance from sales to vehicle work. Austin McGowan is a great person to deal with, was very knowledgable and great down to earth person. Look forward to dealing with him again
