Everything was planned and went well. They fixed it in one day which was really important to me since I did not have another mode of transportation.

Bought used with 16k miles. 2 years later 52k miles. Only issue was transmission shutter. A fluid exchange service solved issues. Fluid was black. Strongly recommend transmission service every 39-50k miles. I get 32mpg on highway

I owned a 2017 Fusion Platinum and did not want to get a SUV. Knowing the Edge was based on the same platform, I gave the 2024 a spin. I was impressed. It drove, handled, braked, and steered very well. I drove many cars, and even though Ford had not redesigned in a while, it was more enjoyable to drive than the Audi Q5 and Lexus RX. I rated the value a 3 because it is expensive. The Titanium Elite price is in the Lexus/Audi ballpark. I really wanted the Audi because I have owned some in the past, but the Edge was more sporty and more comfortable. I drove the ST and I was surprised that it did not feel a lot faster. This wqas the same with the Fusion. You can tell the ST was faster, but it did not jump off the line like I was expecting. I was disappointed the edge lost some equipment from the past as it is being phased out. So I added it. I added the hood insulation, the engine cover, the cargo cover, LED lighted sill plates, and the laminated acoustic glass on the front doors, all purchased from FORD dealers to make sure they were the real deal. I also added the keyless entry keypad (securicode). I was really disappointed they deleted securicode. The interior is not flashy like an Audi, but I like that it is understated. The carmello seat and door inserts make the car very audi-ish and special. It is too bad this is the last year. The Lincoln Nautilus lives on as the next generation in the USA. I can tell it has roots from the Fusion. That is also gone.

2017 Ford Explorer. I love my car. It runs great but I have had battery problem and trim has blown off my car on freeway. Have not had a lot of problems with it.

They do check back and make sure that you are happy with what you bought and if you have any problems. They take that extra step to make you feel good about them. I've been told Ford is not making the Fiesta anymore! So glad I found this one, she's a beauty 😍 I bought mine new (Ingot Silver) I lovingly call her Inga...😂 Sunroof and all..in Florida. My 1st new affordable car since I was active duty USAF back in the 90's. Pathetic,huh?

I Loved my 2019 Ford Escape! It was my third Escape, as I previously owned a 2005, and a 2011! Sadly, it was my last as FORD's new version of the Escape is AWFUL! I NEVER had one issue with my 2019, and I drove over 94,000 miles over the 6 1/2 Years that I owned it! However, the resale value SUCKS! I know it's just the game they play at the dealers, but it's an ugly game where the consumer always loses! But - it's only money,,, and you can't take it with you!

We live 4 hours from here. We found a car on their site with a comprehensive Carfax report and a decent price. We called and they answered all our questions. We negotiated a rate over the phone. I bought my 2015 Ford Edge used, from a great Idaho dealership! I drive for a living, so it definitely needs to be reliable, and it has to have power to climb the 7% grade that's over 6 miles long, just to leave town. I think for the price the quality is exceptional! The comfort and safety I feel behind the wheel is great! I would expect no less from a Ford.. and it has kept me smiling!

I absolutley love this car. I am a wildlife photographer so I do a lot of driving.... it is comfortable, the windows are huge and amazing. The comfort is like being at home in my comfy chair. It is quiet too.

I was in Peru and was stopped by an officer for a brake light that was out, I went to Peru Ford to talk to my grandson Steven Miller but it was his day off so the gentleman I talked to took me to the service department and talked to a gentleman named Jeremy and Jeremy jumped right on it and put in a new bulb for me, they are the friendliest and nicest guys around, they made sure I was back on the road in no time and made sure I was safe with my lights working again.

Been a fun car to drive. Handles well and love the technology in this vehicle. Front, back and overhead camera angles. High end car stereo. Display is like eye candy.

This vehicle has been awesome from the day I first started driving it. Great on gas, engine is very responsive and reliable. A/C is very cold and the starts so nicely every time. The engine has all the power you would ever need. This one is a 2.0 Turbo. I have kept this car serviced regularly and it has performed flawlessly.

Easiest car buying dealer experience ever. I can't really compare Tesla since their system is a bit different. So my comparison would be for the conventional car dealers i've been blessed doing business with. From German, Italian, British and American brands, i have got to say that Peru Ford is really easy to buy a car from and enjoyable at that. I live in the west and was looking around for a specific car nationwide and while they all did reply to my inquiries. Peru Ford took it to another level in my opinion. Kahla replied quickly and was very courteous and Steven was great to work with. The car they sold me was brand new and it just came, i got to see a video of it and pictures of it, got to speak to them quite a bit throughout the process and got to know them, which was really nice since i can't exactly see them physically due to the distance. They treated me like an old customer when it's actually my first time buying from them, so definitely a plus for me, none of that "pushing" thing and nor did they ever made me feel neglected, they literally reply quick. Finance department was quick, documents were sent overnight. It's funny to me how they are 2000 plus miles away from me and I literally spent way lesser time buying this car from them than all my dealer buying experience in LA, physically. Everything was just a breeze. They also took the time to update me with the car, showed me that she was very well taken care of while i arranged for her to be shipped and gave me some souvenirs as well. Put it this way, I have never met them physically but I actually loved the buying experience so much so from them, that i sent them both a Gift. That should explain how well they took care of me, a first time customer. I honestly will never buy another Ford elsewhere. I have a 2021 SEL. No problems thus far with 18,000 miles. The seats are the most comfy of any vehicle I’ve had. It has the fake leather ones. It’s all I need. I average 29 mpg but mostly drive in town.

Bought a 07 Chevy Colorado with low miles on it and looks and drives like a new truck.Wife and I drove from Cadiz Kentucky to look and test drive. 5 minutes into the test drive we turned around and bought the truck. I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

Purchased a used 2018 with 35K miles in 2023. I now have 75K miles as it's a commuter car, about 90 miles a day. I average almost 41 mpg going from Pueblo to Colorado Springs and back. The CVT was a bit suspect when I first got it, but I think the driving has corrected the 3rd gear delay. The CVT is hands down better than my Altima. One year that car was gone, total junk.

Overall ratings are awesome. Very good vehicle's!! Styling exterior design, turbo engine good gas mileage. Comfortable seats heated. Good size cargo area. Reliability, good value reputation.
