Used vehicle purchase

I found the vehicle I was looking for online. Went to the dealership the next day and told my sales guy I would take it. There were a few repairs still needing to be done so I was told it should be ready on Monday , it was Saturday. I went to the dealer Tuesday in hopes it would be ready but was told the part has not come in yet, and it should be Wednesday now. Wednesday came and gone and still not ready. Friday, we finally got the call it was done. I went in, financing was approved in minutes, however I sat for over 2 hours waiting for "paperwork". I was becoming irratable with the waiting process and the lack of communication. Well, finally the purchase was finished, I got in my new, used, truck and left happy as a clam...until 30 or so minutes later when the AC decided to kick off...which was supposedly one of the items ," fixed". I understand buying a used vehicle there will be issues that may come up, but when you tell me something is fixed, I expect it to be fixed. Point is, my sales guy was good, but the rest of the process needs lots of work and not fixing a known problem I would not purchase from them again.
Side note, the finance office is off site and I had to go to them, very unprofessional and to make me wait over 30 minutes while you finish your sandwich and talk to your co-workers is obsurd...we were told financing was ready, if that was the case lunch should have been done and papers printed waiting for me.
