He didn't have to do that. The sale was done. He did it because he genuinely cares that his customers leave confident and comfortable with their new vehicle. For a first-time EV buyer, that kind of personalized attention made all the difference in the world. I left the dealership actually knowing how to use my car — and that is rarer than it should be. This van is for moving people or cargo. It's strong with plenty of room. Comfortable ride. Cold ac in hot days. Can be used for a conversion project camper etc. Very good transportation.
