With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

2022 Ford Escape review
I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

2023 Ford Explorer review
Apple play used to connect but no longer does. Didn’t notice passenger door wasn’t installed properly until I took a road trip and the noise!!! Drivers side arm rest squeaks as though it’s about to come apart. Very noisy engine over 40 mph.

2020 Ford Expedition review
Overall I do love this SUV. great driving experience. Latest electronic features are a benefit. I did have to turn off the out of jane detection, too accurate. My one complaint is that the console has a fault, I call it a missing piece. I have lost two disability placard because I placed them on the flat part and both skided into nonoland. There needs to be a stop of some kind.

2025 Ford Explorer review
I purchased a 2025 Ford Explorer Platinum with the 3.0 liter 6 cyclinder. The car has lots of power and drives well. It has lots of acceleration and easily pulls a 5000 lb trailer. Things I like about the car: 1. Heated and cooled front massage seats. On a long drive the massage seats are fabulous! 2. Very good radio/sound system 3. Wireless Apple/Android connectivity 4. Lots of cargo space What I dislike: 1. Gas mileage between 19-22 mpg 2. Lane departure system annoying 3. Had a rattle noise in the front of the car at 9000 miles that the dealer could not find. At 11,000 miles, the rattle mysteriously went away. No idea what is going on here. 4. Sometimes when I open the rear hatch, the chime sounds loudly, The next time it does not sound at all. Wish I could just turn it off. ??

Will not take my 2015 Ford F150 for service anywhere but Crossroads Ford! They are professional and efficient. Had to replace my brake pads and the windshield washer mechanism. I came in on short notice and they got to my truck just as soon as those with an earlier appointment were done, which is just fair to those with earlier scheduled appointments. Another professional action which is fair to those ahead of me!! They went above and beyond what they had to do. Got the work done professionally and efficiently. I recently purchased a 2025 Ford F-150 Lariat from Crossroads Ford of Lumberton, and I couldn?t be happier with how smooth and efficient the entire process was. I arrived at the dealership around 4:00 PM and by 7:30 PM, the deal was finalized, paperwork signed, and I was driving off the lot in my new truck ? even though the dealership was scheduled to close at 7:00 PM. When I arrived, I was greeted by Mrs. Rose, my salesperson. I explained that I was interested in either a Ford Ranger, Explorer, or F-150. She first directed me to the Rangers, and after looking them over, I was able to eliminate that option. We then looked at the Explorers and eliminated those as well. Finally, we moved on to the F-150s, where she took the time to walk me through the different trim levels they had in stock. It didn?t take long for me to identify the make, model, and trim that fit exactly what I was looking for ? the F-150 Lariat. Mrs. Rose took me on a thorough test drive, explaining the features along the way. We even pulled over during the drive so she could walk me around the exterior and go over additional interior and exterior features in detail. I really appreciated the time she took to make sure I fully understood what the truck had to offer. When we returned to the dealership, she quickly brought back pricing numbers. I had made it clear from the beginning that I am not a fan of the traditional car-buying back-and-forth process and prefer straightforward, simple pricing. Mrs. Rose truly listened. Along with the sales manager, she made the negotiation process efficient and transparent. After a short discussion, we agreed on a price that felt fair to both me and the dealership. I was then handed off to the finance manager, who clearly explained my options and moved through the paperwork quickly and professionally. Even though it was past closing time, the salesperson, sales manager, and finance manager all stayed late without hesitation to make sure everything was completed properly. Overall, the experience was quick, painless, and refreshingly straightforward. From start to finish, the team at Crossroads Ford of Lumberton made what is usually a stressful process into a very positive one. I truly appreciate their professionalism and commitment to customer service, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

I have had my Bronco Sport Big Bend for 6 months now and has far exceded my expectations! It is amazing in winter conditions of snow and ice, has a great power boost race mode which amazes me since mi e has the 1.3L engine. I average 30mpg without babying it and seat comfort, space, sunroof/moonroof is great. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a 4×4 SUV.

2025 Ford Bronco Sport review
I’m 54 years old and this is the most fun vehicle I’ve ever owned. I’ve always been a Chevy owner. I’ve had everything from a Corvette Z06 and Camaro SS to a Colorado ZR2 and this is the first time I have looked for excuses to drive a vehicle. It handles great, super comfortable and fun. Plus it looks great! It’s been every bit as reliable as any other car I’ve owned. Let’s talk fuel mileage… I’m averaging 29 mpg in the city.

2022 Ford Explorer review
I purchased the 2022 Timberline preowned about 1 month ago with appx 50k miles on it. I was disappointed that it does not have memory seats or a garage door remote button. (I didn't even notice this when test driving it). Who makes a car today with all the tech this car has and leaves off these 2 things! The interior is comfortable & well laid out. The ride is smooth & quiet. 2.3L turbo 4 cylinder is quiet & has amazing power. At idle it’s hard to tell that the engine is even running. The prior owner put on Michelin tires which contribute to the smooth, quiet ride. The seats are ActiveX (Ford’s name for vinyl) with cloth inserts. I’m 5’ 10” and 175lbs. My son who rode with me is 6’ 3” and 250lbs. Both of us found the seats comfortable & supportive on our 1st road trip. I’ve driven a Kia Telluride, which is a direct competitor. The Kia has a little more tech but I found the ride to be on the harsh side, especially in the second row. This may be attributable to the low profile 21” tires. The Timberline has 18” balloon tires which I much prefer. 2 weeks after purchasing it I made a 2,200-mile road trip from Dallas TX to Orgon. Fuel mileage ranged from 21 to 28 with an overall average of 24 mpg. *if I don’t drive over 70 mph on the highway the fuel economy goes up to about 32! *these numbers are from the actual miles & gallons of fuel used, not from the dash numbers, which I found are a little optimistic. It has a few bugs that I’ll have to deal with, but it’s a used Ford & not a Lexus. Overall, I'd say I'm very happy with this car & would recommend it.

2024 Ford Expedition review
Purchased new July 5, 2024 now have approx 16,000 miles recently took a trip that was total 4,000 miles. Wife states as the most comfortable vehicle she’s ever had especially on this long trip pulling a 6x12 enclosed motorcycle trailer from Chicago to Scottsdale, AZ. Nimble handling even in the mountains and plenty of power! 5 Stars Ford!!

2020 Ford Expedition review
2020 Ford Expedition was purchased Feb 2020 (Springfield Va). I started having transmission problems Jun 2020 (15,000 miles). I informed my service representative what was occurring during an oil change and she informed that she would have a transmission specialist look at it. I was given the all ok and l departed, but my transmission is still producing a rattling sound and it buck's when l go from park to drive, also when it changes gears it slips from time yo time. This is my Fourth new Expedition and l have never experienced anything like this. I have made 4 request that they check my transmission and it has always come back (No problem). Oct 2022 l received a call from the service department stating that my truck hadn't been in over a year. I indicated to them that l was last in for an oil change with them, April 2022. Not only did they not have records showing my oil changes, but they didn't record any of my complaints about my transmission. I took my truck to AAMCO and they indicated that it was an electrical component ( brains of the trans) that was faulty and that l needed to return to Ford to repair. I attempted to have this resolved before my warranty expired and now l have no warranty on it because l'm at 95K miles on my truck. I know that there is a recall on 2015-2019 Ford Expedition for faulty transmission gear box. I'm experiencing the exact same issue with my transmission. Vin #1MJK1JT8LEA27351 Model: XLT Max Grey

2004 Ford Explorer Sport Trac review
Purchased in 2000 for work. I’m a hospice nurse & was killing our family car as much as I was on the road. Needed 4WD since rural driveways & roads can be challenging. Other than the normal repairs on a 20 yr old truck, this is the most reliable truck, new & used, I’ve ever owned. I wouldn’t trade it for anything on the market & plan on handing it down to my 2 yr old grandson when it’s time.
