He walked me through every step of the fixes we intended to do, made sure I had all the info I needed and was incredibly kind and personable. Johnson Ford went above and beyond as they were able to take me home and get me back to the dealership via their shuttle despite me living outside of their normal shuttle area. I was kept up to date with progress, and with issues that were found during their multi-point inspection. issues that if left unresolved would have cost me dearly in the long run. if you have a Ford vehicle, or are interested in getting into the Ford line of vehicles... you really want to talk to the folks at Johnson Ford.
