John Adam’s was my sale representative he went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted. He communicated well, ran down the details about other cars on the lot and also did his best to get me a great deal. I am very satisfied with the service and experience thanks fully to John.

Use car with no warranty cause of the age. 35 days later problem with car. Jake tried to go through recall on part but it expired. Jake talk with his boss and got me a great deal. I pay for part and they will pick up most of the labor. Great service.

Jones FordReviews
Jones Ford review
After being hit by a careless driver, I was immediately comforted by the fact that I could bring my vehicle to Jones Ford and receive exceptional service. Their service team took care of EVERYTHING! I was provided with a reliable rental car, weekly updates, notified if parts were in production or being shipped to the dealership. Jones Ford worked directly with my insurance company, and they took the time to explain every part of the process to me in a way that was kind, respectful, and easy to understand. Being a victim of a collision can be incredibly stressful, but Jones Ford truly made me feel at ease and reassured. I received my vehicle back before the anticipated completion timeline, and everything was perfect! I am so grateful for Jones Ford, and the care and integrity they put into their work to service their community. Literally wouldn’t go any place else, ever. :)

Berkeley Ford review
Ryan from Berkeley Ford in Monks Corner made what is a typically dreadful experience enjoyable. Ryan?s sincerity was a refreshing change from a salesman approach and his genuine care of his customers happiness set him apart from other dealers. His honesty and likeability are the only reason I chose to stay with Ford this time around. Many could learn from him.
2021 Ford Transit Connect review
Good little van for maintenance work. Wont haul all my tools, but enough to get most jobs done, including a 5x10 trailer on the back with no issues.

Berkeley Ford review
I had an amazing experience at the Berkeley Ford dealership! Thomas helped me so much and was so patient with me on selecting my new car! I highly recommend Thomas over and over again. He was the main reason I decided to make the purchase. The amount of Care he has for his job shows. His effort to make sure you get your dream car should not go unnoticed. From the time I walked in, to the time I left I was greeted with the most beautiful service I?ve ever had. From Mrs. Pippa in customer service, to Thomas in sales, and the financial manger who was able to wrap up the entire process. I will continue to make Berkeley Ford my go to for all my car needs!

Just picked up my Sprinter 144 from Baker. Great experience - Michael was super responsive to communication, picked me up from the airport to get the van. The purchasing experience was very smooth - nothing pushy. Baker had one of the largest selection of vans in the southeast. Competitive pricing. The way vehicle purchasing should be!

Mercedes-Benz Van Center - Baker review
I liked the calm atmosphere and clean grounds! While I was only there to get a used car and not a van, all the Brians on staff were really nice. They treated me and my mom with kindness and made our experience the most pleasant ones I've had at a dealership. They even offered to pay for a replacement charger for the car I was buying after we found the previous owner hadn't included it in the trade in. Couldn't ask for anything better!

CarMax CharlestonReviews
CarMax Charleston review
My situation must have been the most difficult situation ever at a Carmax, even though it was tough and the Managers and Myself got frustrated at times Ed, Dave, Eric, and Chris (Carmax Charleston Managers) never gave up on me and worked hard to make this thing happen. I came to them looking for my dream car, the Mitsubishi Lancer RalliArt or Evolution on a limited budget. They found the vehicle and brought it in, I bought the vehicle and there were a few problems with it, the guys took the car back no questions asked and found another one, even though there were some other issues that occured the Management staff at Carmax stuck by me and helped me make it happen. Anyone new to the car buying process should go see the team at Carmax, Charleston, as they will guide you through the process and explain it to you the whole way through! That is the way Car Buying should be! Thanks Guys for all you help and hard work! Chris G.

Conway Ford review
Conway Ford had a quality vehicle that fit my needs exactly. I worked with Geramie Livingston as I found the truck on the Commercial Truck Trader. He helped me get the financing I needed and they took my vehicle in trade. 10/10 would recommend.

Jason Barry was great throughout. And Patrick was very helpful with the financial paperwork. Delivering the car to our home was much appreciated.
2018 Ford Transit-250 review
Its the kind of commercial vehicle I was looking for and could not ask for something more reliable . I usually take to a ford dealership twice a year for maintenance and it has produced great mechanical results for my long distance rides. Hey guys, go for it!!!! would not regret it.
