We managed to come to an agreement and purchased the car we wanted. There was not much negotiation, but the car was well priced to begin with. We agreed to pay $500 additional in order to drive the car away and have our mechanic inspect it. We got a week to report any issues and could return the car for a full refund if not satisfied by any necessary repairs. Ultimately the car checked out and the only problem was a piece of windshield trim that flew off on the way home. We negotiated a $200 refund and got the repair done by our mechanic so we didn’t have to drive the car back to the dealer. So far, so good.

The sales people were pretty good except for the second time around, he actually got frustrated when my wife started reading the contract before signing. The only issue I have is both times I purchased, the trucks gas tanks were on empty and they wouldn't put any gas in them for me. The second truck I bought, the tank was so empty that I was stressed leaving the place just hoping to make it to the gas station across the street.

2020 Ford Transit Connect review
Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

I love this van. It's like driving a space ship - very high visibility. I've had a recall on the side doors but Ford made it good. Be sure to keep up with the recalls. I wasn't aware of the side door recall since I bought it used so I paid out of my pocket for them - but Ford reimbursed me.

2016 Ford Transit-350 review
We have six kids in this vehicle fits our family perfect. The gas mileage is better than you would expect. It definitely doesn’t ride like a luxury car. However why do you give up in some slight road noise you definitely make up for in convenience. It fits car seats well. And I’m 5 foot 11 and can easily move around inside.

THIS PLACE WILL ABSOLUTELY SAVE YOU A WHOLE LOT OF TIME!!!!!! I began my search in January of 2017 and after 5 weeks only found myself exhausted, frustrated, and still without a vehicle. I searched in Hollywood and Los Angeles and all I found were run-down dealerships and some well-kept but full of snakes. Most wanted down payments that will far too much. The mileage on the average vehicle in those areas was absurdly high for the prices and terms they were asking for. The cars were also lackluster for the prices being asked. I thought this was the common trait and steadied myself to make a decision with a sheisty company. They actually showed me a vehicle (and assured me they could hold it for 24hrs) and within an hour of me calling them back to begin the process of purchase, I was told that it had been sold but that another vehicle was available. Such a negative experience. TM MOTORS WILL PROVIDE A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE which may a world of difference to a person stressed out from my search to purchase a worthwhile vehicle. I bought my vehicle from them in February and have had absolutely no problems with it. In fact I'm in the process of purchasing a new vehicle from them before October is up. Before purchasing from them I tried one other company in Anaheim and found them to be completely Shady. They attempted to sell me a 2001 hybrid at a super high price (6000) because of his low mileage (30,000). When I took it to my mechanic it was easy for him to tell that the cells were about to give and that replacing it will cost me another $2,500. That kind of trickery will not occur with TM Motors. I'll check back in 6 months from now with an update, but I'm honestly telling you these guys provide a great experience and can work with most anyone's credit to get them in a great car Within 2 hours of walking in or less ?

This van is great! Very easy to drive with minimal blind spots that are common in a van. It travels up and down the Pa. Turnpike with a breeze and little crosswind problems.
