Jeff single handedly restored my faith in car dealers. After a miserable experience trying to buy a BMW X5M in Dallas, I found that Jeff had one listed. He had it fully serviced, checked the brakes and tires and gave me the measurements. He had BMW take care of some recall work before I arrived to pick it up and had it clean / full of fuel / and ready to go!! Nothing was misrepresented and I found the vehicle in better condition than described. He picked me up from my hotel and checked on my travels as it took two days to drive it home. Bottom line, customer service is lacking these days, but not here. I couldn?t be any happier!!! Thank you sir!!

long story short if your a business owner and looking to beef up your company with an ideal company vehicle especially a cargo van THIS IS THE VAN FOR YOU i am the owner of a security company for 12 years now i have had many cargo vans FORD CHEVY DODGE but nothing beats the style of a ford econoline but i have had quite a few of those over the years on 03 / 09 / 2020 i talked to a buddy of mine who owns a used car dealership and asked if he had had any ford transit connects on the lot and ofcourse he did but i didn't want new i wanted specifically USED and i found 3 that were 2010 fully restored fully detailed with a few nice customized touches but as i said long story short BUSINESS OWNER + FORD TRANSIT CONNECT = PERFECT COMBO happy hunting to all

I purchased a Chevy Silverado 2500HD from Bob Brown Chevrolet on New Years Eve 2025. We had only a very short window of time to get the deal done. My salesman was Nolan Mitchell. Nolan was very responsive, communicated well and was hungry to do business. He handled the sale perfectly! I knew that there would be extra challenges and risk because this was an out of state purchase. I am in Massachusetts and the truck was in Iowa. I bought the truck sight unseen. When the truck was eventually delivered, it was everything I had hoped for. Initially, the truck was missing a spare key and transmitter. Nolan made sure that, in time, I got the spare key and transmitter! Other dealerships maybe wouldn't have done that for me. I think this speaks volumes about their character and how they do business. Other challenges included getting the truck registered and titled in Massachusetts even though it was purchased in Iowa. Mass RMV does not make things easy! Bob Brown Chevrolet's title department worked with me every step of the way to get the truck legal in Massachusetts. Kelcey Firestine in the title department was simple awesome! 2014 Ford Transit Connect review
I've owned a 2010 Transit Connect since 2014 and it has been the best vehicle I've owned. I use it for work and haul a lot of movie production gear in it. Most of the time it stays half full and I drive it that way. It's been reliable and only needed standard maintenance, except for the transmission. I knew the transmission was a weak link when I bought it at 94,000 mis. It bit the dust at 120,000 mis. I had a rebuilt one installed and was assured that it'll be good for another 120,000 mis. I'm at 160,000 and it is still going strong.
