He immediately stopped what he was doing, got it to the garage and between him, his service guy (sorry didn't catch his name, young guy with glasses) and Wilmer, they got it repaired! I was far from home and if went un-noticed, I really could have done some damage to my car. Not too often you get customer service like this, and they definitely went above and beyond! 2020 Ford Transit Connect review
Great option instead of a SUV. FWD is fine with good tires for traction and it has clearance comparable to a SUV. It isn't as expensive and has enough options to choose from. The mileage is around 26 @ 80 mph.

2020 Ford Transit Connect review
Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

2018 Ford Transit Connect review
I drove a fifteen passenger van before my new Transit Connect. I did not need the size anymore but did not want to give up the roominess of the van. The Transit Connect is perfect. I can seat 6 passengers comfortably when I want and when I am not carrying passengers I can carry a good amount of cargo without having to worry about securing it as I would with a truck. I think it will be great to move my kids back and forth to college! I really like the roomy windshield and the overhead storage. It is not a luxury car. The seats are not as comfortable as other vehicles I have owned, but they are adequate. The engine is smaller and not as much pickup as I am used to, but it has better gas mileage than my other vehicle.

I needed a new work vehicle immediatly. The Transit Connect filled my needs. A no frills work vehicle. Comfortable, with outstanding gas mileage. more suited for my work than a previously owned E-150 cargo van.
