GENESIS OF NW SAN ANTONIOReviews
GENESIS OF NW SAN ANTONIO review
We recently purchased a Genesis GV80 Coupe from Poli, and I can confidently say it was the best car-buying experience we’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, Poli was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the vehicle. He took the time to walk us through every single detail—top to bottom—making sure we understood all the features, options, and technology packed into this incredible car. Poli didn’t just sell us a vehicle—he delivered an experience. His patience, thoroughness, and honesty made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone who is this committed to customer service. We absolutely love our GV80 Coupe and are so grateful to Poli for making it happen. If you’re in the market for a new car and want someone who truly knows their stuff and puts your needs first, go see Poli. Highly, highly recommended!

Genesis of Minneapolis review
Ethan was excellent showing us the car and explaining the features, unfortunately a smoker previously owned the vehicle and the smoke smell was a hard no. Ethan spoke to the sales manager and found out another low mileage vehicle equipped the same coming in shorty. Saw that vehicle today and purchased. Ethan was great as was Cassie the Finance person. Easy financing and paperwork completion. Highly recommend this dealership

Genesis of Edmond review
I had a great experience purchasing my Genesis. I wanted a car they did not have in stock. They located one, and got it here quickly. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to speak with. I got exactly what I wanted at a fair price. They earned my business. I had been a 'Ford only' man for 40+ years. The quality and pricing of the Genesis brand is amazing. I look forward to the benefits of owning a Genesis; service, maintenance, and long warranty not offered by other brands.

GENESIS OF ROUND ROCK review
Genesis dealership in Round Rock was the best car dealership I’ve ever been to. The employees are courteous and helpful, definitely not “pushy” or demanding. They will assist you with everything and they are patient. I am in my late 70’s and I have never visited a car dealership like Genesis in Round Rock.

Genesis of Edmond review
Genesis of Edmond has an absolutely incredible dealership. I walked in to just drive a G70 and compare the 2.5 to the 3.3T. I pulled up front and was immediately invited into the showroom to discuss the car I was looking for. A sales manager brought me Tobin and we set out to look at the lot. Tobin was new to the dealership but has a passion for cars we were able to look around at the lot and had a great chat about the different cars. For the rest drive Tobin grabbed the keys while I waited inside out of the heat. He showed me a lot of great features and gave me time to test out on my own. When we returned I had definitely decided on the 3.3T, we went over basic numbers on the car I wanted. Noah went over numbers with me and we landed on pricing, Steven wrapped up financing. When paperwork was done, Tobin had my car inside their amazing delivery bay. We went over final steps and features, snapped a photo with the bow on the car, and drove off happy! It was easy to check out the vehicles I came in for, offices were nice and comfortable, and their interior showroom and lobby is absolutely luxury. Never felt pressured and every question was quickly answered. Absolutely amazing customer service and I would recommend anyone check them out!
