From the moment I met Billy, he was honest, professional, transparent, reliable, and genuinely listened to my needs. He took the time to help me set up my new truck and made sure all the features and options I wanted were included. Before I left the dealership, he patiently helped me set up the truck's technology and other features. Even after I drove off the lot, Billy followed up with a text to make sure everything was working properly and that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. That level of customer service is rare and greatly appreciated. Everyone at Ed Morse Sawgrass was welcoming and friendly. The General Manager, Mr. Jordan Schear and Finance Manager, Mr. Bradley Taylor, both took the time to introduce themselves, making me feel like a valued customer rather than just another sale.
