Even though I only had repairs done I felt like a valued customer of the Rick Hendrick dealership. That?s also to the mechanic/technician for sending me a video of what the had to repair. I had my Chevrolet Suburban in for repairs and April Myers the service representative helped resolve my repairs that wasn?t covered under my Easycare warranty. I am not happy with Easycare warranty services as they would cover a full radio replacement but with still having issues with the radio would not cover any additional repairs related to the radio. Thank You to April and her service manager at the Sheehy Fredericksburg Virginia location.

He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and you could tell he genuinely cared about helping me get into the right truck, not just making a sale. Joey is exactly the kind of salesperson every dealership wishes they had. A huge shoutout also goes to DJ Bruce, the General Manager. DJ and the team went above and beyond to give me an extremely good deal on my new truck and an excellent trade-in allowance on the one I brought in. They were fair, honest, and upfront about everything, which is rare these days. I have never walked away feeling more confident, respected, and genuinely taken care of than the way I did with them. I had a great experience purchasing my car at Sheehy GMC. I am an extremely OCD individual, and the salesman (Eric) worked with me. Originally I went to the dealership to get a truck, but it was already in the process of getting sold. Eric was able to not only get me the exact same truck I wanted, but also one with the color I preferred. Price was great, and the customer service was top notch. Friendly, great communication, and very patient in dealing with a complicated purchase arrangement. I would definitely recommend the dealer, and would buy from them again.
