In the days of corona virus John Vance motors was offering internet buying. The offer by Mr. Vance on video seemed sincere. Since it was sight unseen I expected the sales force to be my eyes and ears on site and be and do more than if I were there to check things myself. I asked several questions about various things, got affirmative answers and was assured twice that "they check everything". When car was delivered (400 miles) there were many things that were wrong (they did not check everything), without going into detail of all the problems I notified the sales people by email, no response. I notified John Vance, the owner, and can't say enough good about John. He took care of things immediately and as much as possible for me being distant, said that is not the way they do business. I believe him, and I feel confident that the next internet sale will be treated with integrity and double check "everything" thoroughly. If only reviewing John it would be 5 star.

My wife and I found the GMC Terrain we wanted on CarGurus after previously test-driving a similar vehicle at another dealership that was asking nearly $4,000 more than the listed price at Bob Howard Buick GMC. After seeing the difference, I decided to call Bob Howard and was connected with Ricky Schulz. I have purchased several vehicles over the years, and I can honestly say Ricky provided one of the best car-buying experiences I?ve ever had. I explained that I already had financing arranged and simply wanted an out-the-door price. Ricky immediately got to work and provided exactly what I asked for with no pressure or games. That weekend, while attending my son?s track meet in Oklahoma City, we decided to stop by unannounced to see the vehicle in person. Ricky immediately dropped what he was doing, took us to the overflow lot, and showed us the exact Terrain we had been searching for. At the time, I was in the process of selling my 2025 Jeep and was waiting for Carvana to finalize the pickup. I explained the situation to Ricky, and he assured me it would not be an issue. 2026 GMC Canyon review
This purchase was a replacement for 2022 Honda Ridgeline. While the Canyon is much stronger when talking about the motor it lacks some the little extra details like cabin and tail gate storage. This truck is a bit less stable on the road when it is windy and it definitely consumes more gas. But overall it is a great mid-level truck, feels strong and looks great
