Robert Brogden's Olathe Buick GMC review
Best car buying experience i have ever had. I am 70 + years of age. This dealership treated me great! Explained the features of the car in detail. Actually set up most of it and synced my phone and set up the buick app. I will be back there when I am ready for another car

Robert Brogden's Olathe Buick GMC review
I worked with Jimmy Carpenter as a sales rep, he was wonderful. I felt no pressure from the team and I was in on a very busy Saturday morning, made my trade, and drove home for lunch in my new GMC.
2026 GMC Sierra 1500 review
This is my first GMC and I absolutely love my Sierra 1500 Elevation. The 5.3L v8 is more than enough to pull my camper, I love the stylish interior and it is comfortable to drive. I also felt with the financing and discount specials this was a great deal.

Robert Brogden's Olathe Buick GMC review
Jimmy was great to work with. Listened to my needs, spoke candidly about the options, and made the experience smooth. Paul was quick and efficient with financing, ensuring everything met my needs. This is our 4th vehicle from Brogden and we will keep returning!
2026 GMC Sierra 1500 review
A little expensive, but comfortable, quiet, smooth ride. Great performance out of the 6.2L and better than expected fuel economy in the low 20s. Outstanding interior and good looking exterior, especially in the Downpour Metallic color. I don’t have 700 miles on it yet and have owned it for 3 weeks. Therefore, I can’t pass judgement yet on the reliability, but so far I am very satisfied. This replaced an 8 year old Ford F150 that served me quite well with only a couple of issues in the 100,000 plus miles.

I just asked a question about 1 particular car. The person who called was polite, not pushy, knew something about the car, and answered my question. All I needed.

This is a great truck. it drives and handles so well. I feel very safe driving this truck. The suspension is the best of any truck I have ever owned.

Robert Brogden's Olathe Buick GMCReviews
Robert Brogden's Olathe Buick GMC review
I recently bought a beautiful GMC Yukon Denali Ultimate from Robert Brogden GMC, and I have to say the entire experience was outstanding thanks to two incredible people: Jimmy and Paul. Jimmy, my salesman, was fantastic from start to finish. He was patient, knowledgeable, and never once pressured me. He took the time to walk me through all the features of the Yukon Denali Ultimate, answered every question I had (and I had a lot!), and made sure I felt completely confident in my decision. He truly listened to what I wanted and helped me get exactly the vehicle I was looking for. Then came Paul in finance ? what a pro! He made the financing process smooth, transparent, and actually enjoyable (which I didn?t think was possible). He explained everything clearly, got me a great rate, and handled all the paperwork without any surprises or hidden fees. His calm, professional approach took all the stress out of the money side of things. Together, Jimmy and Paul turned what is usually a long, stressful car-buying day into a genuinely positive experience. If you?re in the market for a new GMC, especially a loaded Yukon Denali Ultimate, do yourself a favor and ask for Jimmy and make sure Paul handles your financing. I couldn?t be happier with my new Yukon and with the service I received at Robert Brogden GMC. Highly recommend!
2026 GMC Sierra 1500 review
Easy purchase experience, would recommend to anyone looking for a new car. Everyone there was friendly and made the whole process as smooth as possible

I've dealt with better. Not completely negative of an experience. Not the best either. Their service dept seems to be slacking. How do you put a car on a lot for sale with a check engine light on? I can see when it was last cleared. Not very long before I bought it. Salesman trying to tell me the engine isn't getting up to temp because it's cold outside. No. It's a bad thermostat. Headlight wasn't plugged in. And WAAAAY out of alignment. Their cars are supposedly looked over with a xx point safety check. I doubt that. Looked over, cleared codes, topped up fluids. Put an oil change sticker on the window. But did they really? It looks clean so I assume so. The detailers did a FANTASTIC job!! This car was super clean!!
2026 GMC Sierra 1500 review
I bought the AT 4 version. Loaded. Has good ground clearance. It's powered with a 3.0 l turbocharged diesel. Has lots of horsepower and torque. I've had no problem but I talked to my friend who's a certified mechanic and they're having a lot of problems with the engine blowing up at very low mileage. A lot of the time less than 15,000. Some of them have problems with the thrust bearings failing causing increased crankshaft play back and forth to the point where the timing chain and the rubber belt that runs the oil pump can fail. The engine has been described as grenading. They're basically self-destructs. There's a specific power code that indicates low oil pressure and allowed rattle sound before it finally fails. I heard that the engines were on back order, so if you're one of the unfortunates you can plan on waiting 10 or 12 weeks or longer to get your truck back. They have to remove the cab completely to swap motors. But overall I love the truck. It's a big improvement over the 2022 I just traded in.

Woody Buick GMC NapervilleReviews
Woody Buick GMC Naperville review
Brian Newcomb was very responsive as far as what I requested as was a great help getting me through this vehicle purchase! Although the finance department could use at least one more person in there, it was rather busy that day I came in, even though it was a Monday.
