Used 2025 GMC Sierra 2500 trucks for sale near Wayne, MI

The day after I brought my pickup home following the on-star module replacement, I noticed some body and paint damage that could only have happened at the dealership. I had no real proof of this, only my word. Rob C inspected my vehicle and told me they would make it right. A week later my pickup looks as good as new and no charge to me. So far so good! This truck is the nicest truck I have ever driven. The stance, ride comfort and options are top notch. I went from a 2023 High Country that was having drive train issues but had all the creature comforts that you would expect in a top of the line truck. With the lack of confidence in that particular models 10 speed transmission issues, it became necessary to reestablish my confidence in my General Motors product.

I love that they sent me a video of the inspection and what needed to be repaired. It left me feeling informed and well taken care of.

have purchased 2 pre-owned vehicles from Mayse. Live in Kansas City. What I like about them is they had gone thru the vehicles and fixed all the problems before they even sold the vehicle. we settled on the price, and I told them if it was as clean as they said it was, I would take it. both times went down, inspected and less than 2 hours drove off. cannot compline about anything. first car lasted 10 years and had over 275000 miles before I decided, it was time for a different car. 2nd on purchased 3 years ago. driven 50,000 miles no issues.

As with many auto dealership experiences, my interactions with Shottenkirk Nissan had its ups and downs. However, I am giving 5 stars because there were two people that made the experience that good; our salesperson, Sommer, and the GM, Harmon. These two went above and beyond to answer questions and make us feel like our business was important to them. I highly recommend visiting the dealership to purchase from Sommer. She never pressured us or made me question whether she would just say whatever I wanted to hear to buy a car. She was honest, polite, and helpful. That is something that most salespeople lack greatly. Harmon assisted in the finalizing of the deal by being genuinely helpful during trade in process and answering all of our questions accurately about fees and taxes that appear on the buyers order. He eliminated the tricks and nonsense that many dealers do to grab a few extra bucks during the buying process. Thank you, Sommer and Harmon.
