I was very upset when I submitted my last post earlier today and I should have taken my issues to a manager. I called back and talked to Joe who is the used car manager. Bill Brown really stepped up and went out of there way to make me happy and I am very grateful. I was picked up by dealership, given a loaner car and was assured they would be retrieving my broken down vehicle! I would definitely take my business back here and recommend it to anyone else. Thanks guys! Great way to handle this situation! If this should happen to anyone again I hope they can expect the same from you.
Bought a 2013 Ford Mystang convertible in an afternoon. Car was priced well - did my research prior to visit Roy is a great salesman - no pressure We got financing through Credit Union One - 72 months - 2.75% interest Wished he disclosed that the convertible boot was missing - pretty costly to replace Had to ask for second OEM key which they are replacing Threw in some touch up paint

Went looking for a truck. Brent was able to answer all the questions I had for what I was looking for in a truck. He had the patients to lets me see all the trucks I wanted to look at. Let me test drive the ones I liked. Was able to lead me thru the financing with the great help of Cindy. They found the best rates and payments that fit me. What a wonderful experience. I found a suv that I was interested in buying online. I made an appointment to view it and ended up buying it. I had a great experience here from the time I walked in. Everyone was attentive and answered my questions to my satisfaction. The service department also was great when they replaced the tires. They gave a ride home and back because of the length of time it took. I would have liked a higher trade in value for my car, though. I know it was worth more than I was given.
I took my Ford Escape to the service department for an oil change. The only problem was the chaos in the parking lot. There is a lot of remodeling and confusion. I had to wait in my vehicle for thirty minutes or so.
I have received three e-mails, a phone call and a letter thanking me for using your service. Why are you sending so many e-mails and other correspondence to thank me for using the Ford service? It is annoying.
The service was excellant ,took Explorer in for oil change. Was in and out quick , friendly staff , great experience. The leasing process was quick and easy through Chris Merriman. Overall great experience at Crest Ford.
I love coming to Varsity Lincoln whenever I need an oil change. They are attentive as soon as you pull in. Without having an appointment, I usually get my oil changed within an hour. They will follow-up with you as soon if possible if additional work has to be done. They will also alert you to any possible future maintenance. Although I did not purchase this car from Varsity Lincoln, my future car will definitely be purchased through this dealership.
I went in on a Saturday and I am big college football fan so Nick Burns set me up right in front of one of the big screen TVs. It was towards the end of the noon games and Nick Burns grabbed the remote and put on the game I requested immediately. While Nick Burns was pricing out two trucks that best matched what I was looking for, other salesman would stop by and ask how I was doing and would strike up a quick conversation about college football. I felt like not only Nick Burns was looking out for my best interest but all the other salesman would check on me to make sure I was comfortable which made for a great experience. Nick Burns brought over two trucks and we were able to get a deal done on a great F150 that I really enjoy driving. I could not have asked for a better experience, didn't miss a play of college football, and was able to get the deal and truck that I wanted. Greatly appreciate Nick Burns as he went way above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. He was completely upfront and honest with me about what he could do and he delivered on his word. Highly recommend going to Nick Burns and I have already brought him up several times to family, friends, and co-workers that if they want to get a vehicle, they HAVE to go to Nick Burns and Suburban Ford of Ferndale! I leased another car today 10/24/2018. It's my 3rd from Hines Park. The reason I've returned 3 times is Delores Sciberras. I have just retired needed to save money. I thought it was a long shot , to turn my lease in early and lease a new car. The payment is actually less. I thought it was a long shot. Delores made it happen, she's honest tells it like it is. Saving as much money for the customer, very knowledgeable goes out of her way. I'm a Ford retiree whose family members come to when they need a truck or car. I've dealt with lots of car dealers, Hines Park by far is the best. Why, because they have Delores Sciberras.The art of selling a car with honesty. Something thats unfortunately is rare at other car dealers.
I never thought car buying could be easy & painless. That is until I met Scott Myers at Szott M-59 Jeep. He listened to exactly what I was looking for and was honest about what he could do for me. He did not try to sneak one over on me or put me into a vehicle I couldn’t really afford on my budget. The salesman Johnny Flores was very professional, courteous, and friendly. He went over the options, took the time to explain the process, and communicated the waiting time very well. He was not pushy but very efficient overall. Very pleased with the experience at this dealership, will definitely use them again and highly recommend to family and friends! I had a horrible experience at this dealer but i can't blame the salesman Mike C. He did the best job he could with the process he was givin. He was courteous and polite and tried to handle the issues but his hands were tied by the useless policies and people above him. I would deal with Mike again but never the dealer. Being big and forgetting how to take care of the customer is what the dealer forgot how to do.
Perfect answer to all questions, friendly and professional. Walked in got everything I wanted, walked out happy with the car I wanted. Thanks Nathan Reese.
