I have a 2020 Trail Boss with 126k miles. I only take my truck in to Wilson when I need major service done. I never had a bad experience with their service department. This month I had several things done and left it over night. They knew I’d be back in the morning to pick up truck. Frankly, I was not expecting it to be done, but it was ready before I showed up. Titus stayed in contact throughout the process but not to the point of being annoying - his actions just told me he really cared about meeting our needs and making the sale. My local dealership (Peppers Automotive Group, Inc.) really dropped the ball. Daylight and dark in regard to sales professionalism. We won't even take our new vehicle to them for service at this point. You can tell the entire team at Darrell Waltrip has been well trained and is well managed. The purchase process is long but we got a fair price on our trade and great interest rate - we left pleased with the experience.
