David Ocker was our salesperson, and he made the whole process easy. He was knowledgeable about the truck, answered every question we had, and never made us feel pressured or rushed. The pricing was fair and straightforward, no games or surprise add ons at the end. They also gave us the best trade in offer we had seen after checking a few other dealers. Once we decided on the vehicle, the paperwork moved quickly and we were done in under an hour. If you're in the market for a new truck, I'd recommend asking for David. Great experience overall.

Finalmente pude cambiar mi auto con Emilio y Sergio el financista y han cambiado entre todos una experiencia pasada no de las mejores.. I was very pleased with my experience with Impex Chevrolet. I found the vehicle on line and was able to put a down payment on it also on line. I made arrangements to drive 3 hours to the dealership from my home in Virginia, and met with Marqus Brooks, the salesman handling my sale. He was very courteous and professional. He was able to explain different options available to me regarding extended warranty, and assisted in completing the sale. Since I didn’t have a trade in, I was able to put a sizable down payment and financed the balance. The truck was freshly washed, and had a full tank of gas. I appreciated doing business with them, and would do it again in the future.
