My involvement with Donovan and Bauer came after my daughter had totaled my Durango while I was out of town.
After scouring through the Internet, we located the vehicle that fit my wants and needs at Donovan and Bauer.
My wife went out to Titusville to look at the vehicle and spoke with Michael and he did everything in his power to keep us both informed even talking to me on my wife's cell as he showed the Durango to her and sent me the fact Sheet and additional pictures.
Unfortunately the car sold the next day prior to my ability to place a deposit on the vehicle.
I had called and left a message and sent a text but had not heard anything, come to find out they had actually called our home phone number rather than the cell which is why I had not received their apology message that was left until my wife returned home that evening.
Overall I would certainly give them another look provided they have what I'm looking for and in the in the market. They did a great job and and was even more helpful with things while I was out of town
Both of the salesman that I spoke with Jeff Tyrell and Mike Hodsell were excellent and spent their time making sure that they explained everything well and that I was feeling good about the car before leaving the dealership!
We were on vacation from Nyc with my wife enjoying West Virginia when our car started shaking and baking and could barely move without severe shaking. Being that this was our sole means of transportation too as well as BACK from our trip we were distraught and didn't know where to turn. This is where Mike in charge of the service desk and Nissan stepped up and in. After explaining our dilemma to him even despite there shop being very full and busy with other repairs, Mike prioritized our car. Took some doing to find out what was wrong but after some serious diagnostic challenges it was concluded to be the rear drive shaft. Parts were ordered and our car was fixed within two days time. All the time Mike coordinated with us a car rental place so we could still enjoy our vacation, supplied status updates when I called which was several times and again had our car repaired as soon as possible. This was important to us as if its early in the day when the parts arrived and car repaired we would not have to spend more money on a hotel as we would have had to pay another night if it had not been repaired early in the day. His patience with us, kindness and empathy went a long way to turning a bad situation into a bearable one. He even assured us we would be fine the trip back 570 miles to Nyc with a new rear drive shaft, and we were!! Car ran like a top and we arrived home tired but safe and sound. Hats off to Nissan and their mechanics, employees and especially Mike at the service desk for showing us some southern hospitality and great customer service in our time of need.

We wanted to purchase a new car using the Costco Auto Program; the "authorized Chevy dealer" for Denver is John Elway Chevrolet. Our Elway sales representative - Tyler Brown - made this the most painless car-buying experience my wife and I have had (over about four decades of car purchases). We were interested in two Chevy models (Volt and Bolt); Tyler had both ready to test drive when we first arrived at the dealership and was very knowledgable about the operation and available options of both. Over the next week, he patiently answered all of our questions, and searched far and wide (even the inventory still in transit) to find exactly the configuration we were interested in. When we arrived to take delivery of our 2019 Chevy Bolt, Tyler had all of the details taken care of (battery was charged, car was detailed, paperwork was ready to sign, and our "Bolt 101 familiarization lesson" from Dylan Fiske was queued up). The whole delivery process was very organized, and my wife and I were both impressed with how smoothly and quickly things proceeded. Eric Williams made the financing side of the transaction very straightforward as well. Thanks Tyler, Dylan, and Eric -- and everyone else we interacted with at Elway Chevrolet! We'll certainly be back when it's time for another car!
Got a postcard from GMC saying that my truck needed to be brought in for a recall and that the service *re-programming the ECM* would take anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes. I made the appointment and it took nearly 1 1/2 hours to get my truck done and pressing to get back to work. I could see the service men and customer service weren't motivated nor eager to please their customers from the moment I walked in. I was rather disappointed when I got that treatment.
Todd Rust does a fantastic Job! Always keeps me informed upfront as to repairs and cost as well as time frame for completion. Everyone I have dealt with at Karl Tyler goes above and beyond! The multi-point inspections as well as a nice clean vehicle are a welcome bonus. I would recommend them to anyone, and have for vehicle purchase and product support
Tony is a true believer in Subaru cars or else he fooled me. He spent 4 hours with me informing my questions, being patient as I decided, and educating me on my choice....my kind of sales person! This is my 3rd Subaru, starting in l988. I always get more than 250K miles on them before I change. I'm a happy Subaru driver.
New auto purchases can be difficult or easy, my experience was difficult. I was asking for as price match of an offer I received at another dealership nut the wrong color. They fumbled around, stalled, and finally made an offer far from reasonable. After 3 1/2 hours I went to another dealership, got my price, and completed the purchase quickly.
